Subway

My husband bought a sandwich, came to $11. He handed the girl a $50 bill, she gave him back $7. He said I gave you a $50 and she argued said it was a $20 and called him a liar. The manager even didn’t believe him till she opened the register and a $50 was sitting in the $20. What a way to treat your paying customers. She said we don’t accept $50 bills. Obviously you do! We will not be returning tho this establishment. Should have read the reviews before coming!

The staff was really nice. The restaurant was clean. However they only had 6 bags of chips available. Not 6 options, 6 bags of 1 flavor which is Cheddar Sun chips.The employee stated her DM forced her to cut her food budget by $500 and chips were the first to go. Chips...chips was the option???!?!? Not the flavorless Lemonade? The beverage cooler was even empty. This Subway is the only decent food in this strip center. Now it doesn't have chips!!! Booooo!!! Do better DM or whoever said cut the chips.

Their hours are till 10 pm but when I showed up at 9:30 pm they were closed. The employee was standing on the back room staring at me but not wanting to come out. When I got into my car he came out and started putting up the food. So I called to ask if they were open and he didn't answer the phone. I got out my car to knock on the door and ask and he walked off and back into the backroom. So I waited and when he finally came back out he told me they were closed. It was still only 9:40 not 10 pm. Seems like the employees just dont want to work their full hours but yet want to get paid for them.

The first lady who got my sandwiches and put the meat and cheese on did perfectly fine the second girl who does the vegetables took like a half a handful of lettuce and spread it out between two sandwiches come on lady we don't just go there for the meat and the bread we go there for the vegetables also I had to tell her twice to put more vegetables on there she barely put lettuce or spinach on there but she put a whole handful of jalapenos on my sandwich it seems like whenever I asked her for more vegetables that she started getting an attitude she didn't say anything rude but the body language could definitely say something not very happy. I'm pretty nice with these reviews I don't say mean things but come on people really.

I have been there a few time and we even did a delivery once and I guess they are trained to rip off the customers, they never put the right amount of meat on the subs by 2 so be careful when you go there because you are being ripped off. I always get double meat and they will only give you extra meat but charge you for the double meat then get upset when you say something to them. I went there tonight and said something and the very rude young lady she got upset and then threw the receipt at me and just walked away. But what she did not know is I used to manage a Subway for years. So be very careful when you go there, you are being ripped off. Better yet go to an other Subway
