Love this place. Inventive flavors and fresh ingredients from their little alleyway garden. Staff is really chill and friendly. Never disappointed.

Food is great and perfect portions for a good, light lunch. Popcorn is a welcoming different from the usual potato chips fare. A bit slow, but hopefully that's a culprit of fresh food, so maybe call ahead. Not recommended for dine-in as there are two wobbly tables and a lackluster environment.

This place is delicious! I love all of their paninis, my favorite is the green apple tuna melt. I like how you can get it as a combo and get a spindrift bottle and a bag of fresh popcorn. They have such unique flavors, my favorite is their Houston which is habanero and caramel.

We go here all the time and never had a bad meal. Great flavor combos, tons of popcorn flavors and craft sodas.

Loved this cute little place -- a bit hard to get to, but well worth it. They have a "box lunch" that you get a panini, popcorn (or chips) and a drink from their cooler for $11 and it is worth it! I got the Venison Pineapple panini (a-ma-zing mix of flavors -- spicy from the venison sausage, creamy/cheesy & sweet from the grilled pineapple and caramelized onions) and the Houston mix popcorn which was a fun mix of Cheddar Habanero & Caramel popcorn. YUM!
Go here. You won't regret it.

I love this place! It has amazing panini's, I was first hooked on the Chicken Cilantro, now I am in love with the Oaxacan a must try I got coworkers even hooked on it. You can tell the owner takes pride in his food and loves what he does.

On a really rare occasion 5 stars isn't enough. What the place lacks in atmosphere/dining in experience , it doubles down on personality and quality food. Sandwiches are excellent (venison/pineapple, tuna melt/apples&nuts). The owner takes pride and loves what he does and it shines through in his approach to customers and the food he serves. Wish he were closer and I hope he considers franchising the magic sauce he's got going on!
