UPDATE: The dasher came back 1 hr later and handed me the shake and apologized for the slip. Kudos to you, Anna, for going above and beyond to make things right! ----- I would avoid ordering delivery from this location. They missed my shake twice in a row and it was a hassle to call customer support. They would just give me the run around between Doordash and Chick-fil-A Cares team. Very disappointed!

Be careful when using their app. I ordered food thru their app and when I got there to pick up my food I was told my order had not been received. I showed the cashier my app and also showed order number and it had been paid for. He told me they had been having glitches with the app and I wasn't the only one experiencing this problem. I had to reorder and pay again. He assured me I would be getting a refund for the first order. It's 3 months later and no refund. I love their food but no more app will I be using.

I went inside cause I had to use the restroom the restroom used to give Buccee's not here maybe not anymore. The service was OK not great. The food was so so the hashbrown inside of the bowl was over cooked and the chicken inside wasn't that fresh the cheese didn't even melt. The ice was superb though.

We enjoy the food, and they do a good job of maintaining the location. Service has always been friendly. We go on a weekly basis and every time we've missed an item. Today, we ordered via drive thru and they forgot to include an order of fries. Didn't have the time to go back. They've also given me sweet tea a couple of times when I've ordered unsweetened. Docking a star for consistently missing and wrong items.

I saw that the place was really busy, especially during lunch hrs, but I was amazed! The line moved fast and the staff took care of me before I even made a tun by the drive-thru window. Before the cars where making the turn they were already getting their food! I got mine as well with in 3-4 min after they took my order! I was still in line and had my food already. Staff communicated well with each other and they had a system going on to make sure people were in and out fast. Not only that but my food was fresh and my fries were cooked perfectly! Definitely the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to!!
