They have a new manager. Things are starting to look good. Was here yesterday and today for lunch after 1pm and I am impressed.

I come here on my lunch break, from the Port of Houston.
I would take pictures, but I am too hungry, and before you know it, it's all gone.
The food is good.
Try the Hershey sundae pie. It is really good.

Very friendly and professional staff. Food was delicious and hot! I didn't know that they served ice cream. That took the edge off driving more than an hour in traffic after work.
I will definitely dining in again.

For lunch I had a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. The food was good and hot. The customer service was helpful and friendly. I'll go back again.

Ray At Burger King Made Me Cry! My Husband & I worked three hours DoorDashing to earn $40 for gas & dinner. After gas, we were $3.50 short for our food. I tried to lessen my order from meal to sandwich only but Ray wasn’t having it. He not only covered the difference, folks, but he also made it fresh & delicious. It was 3am & I think he was working alone. Ray just smiled & said “Happy Holidays” as he waved goodbye.
We’re both sick, working full time and part time jobs & still behind on our rent, utilities, etc. Today was just another rough day.
Ray at 9009 Clinton Dr Houston, Tx 77029 was kind to us right when we needed it most. Our hearts are warmer tonight because of him. Burger King, we hope you’re as good to him as he is to your guests, his fellow man.

The food is great, the only thing you have to ask for hot food because if you don't sometime it's cold..
Depending on what time of you go there
sometime you have to check your bag to make sure everything is in the bag on several occasions I purchased food & it wasn't all there.
imagine how frustrated I was.

A very friendly gentleman picked my trash from the table while I was in class. He didn't have to and I didn't notice until my husband arrived and we ordered something for him. So, whoever that kind gentleman was, thank you very much and sorry that I didn't even notice until he was no longer around to thank him. Ate there June 29, 2022 in the morning.

Came her for a quick bite during my 45 min lunch and was greeted with a smile and a great attitude from a lady named Nancy. My order was out quick and my experience was great!

Took a while, but it was lunch time. The Whoppers were pretty good. I've been at burger kings where the burgers were stacked much higher. All in all pretty good. No direct complaints.
