Jumbo Jack was good and hot. The 2 regular tacos good and filling.

Was not here long enough to experience much. Mobile order, was ready when I got there, walked in, took a min to be greeted but thats fine, they looked busy. Staff was very friendly and food was hot, and ready for pick up. Older location so the inside's a little dingy feeling, but I'll probably eat here again.

Always fast and fresh, and the one lady every morning greets me and order always right. I order the same thing all the time. Changed up once, and it confused her. Lol

The staff made our food fresh. They made our tacos like we asked. Oh and they didn't forget not a single item and made sure we had the necessary condiments in the bag with napkins without us even asking. Top Tier service. It was the late night shift that gave us wonderful service.

Love their tacos, been eating there for forever. Also the fajita pitas but they no longer have the q guacamole sauce that the fajita pitas that you absolutely

I ordered egg rolls price was ,with tax $5.08. To day I went to another Jack in my area cost me more $5.60 with tax, this was a franchise. Want be going there again. Off Airline, in Houston Tx.the first Jack was too in Houston but off Shepard Rd.

Not sure how his name is spelled but the employee Christian that was working the Night Shift on Wednesday June 15 was VERY HELPFUL, POLITE, and PROFESSIONAL when taking our drive thru order and when handing it off!! The food tasted good, the service was good and it was quick!!

We ordered on the app for a late night craving and I drove to pick it up from the store. The cashier was accommodating with my sauce request and was professional. Food tasted great and was made at the right temperature. It was my first time back after quite some time at a jack in the box but after last night’s experience, I will be going back.

There a small wait line. But im Happy To Wait For My Meal When Food Comes Out Fresh Hot Buger & Fires , Hot & Fresh. It worth the wait in line Happy usually a line but food is cooking so Happy Customers Order Taker Have Patience As Well Which Is Hard To Find
