I've been shopping at the Wing stop on Antoine and Victory in Houston Texas for over 10 years and yesterday, 11/27/23 I experienced the best service ever! I have never waited less than 40 minutes for my food. I was out of there in 10 minutes! Food fried to perfection as requested, extra crispy! Fries seasoned to perfection!! Thank you so much, Johnny!!! ....and he was working by himself I may add!! You Rock!!!!

Pro-Tip* Always call in your order or use the app if you plan to carry out. This restaurant is always really busy with carry out orders and ordering ahead will reduce your wait time for picking up those delicious wings. The food is always super fresh. They are very generous with sauces and dry rubs on the wings and portion sizes. I always order wings "wet" for extra sauce. Staff is professional and courteous and get orders out efficiently.

I’ve been coming to this Wingstop for a while now. The customer service is good and the food quality is good as well but not as good as the one off 290 by Jumping world. Today 12/9 6:45 I walked up to the register and noticed the manager (a guy) talking bad to an employee , a young man who maybe was a newbie which I thought was very unprofessional. The young man looked embarrassed. As a manager if you need to discuss something with an employee about their mess ups do it in the back NOT in front of customers! The only reason why I gave this a 4star is because of my experience on today but other than that it’s a good location. 🤷🏻♀️

Yesterday, I went to this wing stop and it was THE best food I’ve ever had from any wing stop location. I mean... so hot I could barely eat my fries on the way home. This staff did an awesome job, 5 Stars!
