I didn’t receive my receipt, and part of my order I asked for the spicy sandwich alone (as in not the meal) and instead they gave it to me plain. I tried eating it but with the toppings and lack of sufficient sauce I’ll rather just throw it out. I tried calling but they wouldn’t answer the phone.

9:40pm - Pull up in the drive thru and try to order, only to be told "We're out of chicken for the night, because we close at 9:50pm".
If that's actually the case, then fine - but why do both Google Maps & THE PRINTED SIGN IN YOUR DRIVE THRU LANE show that you close at 10:00pm????
***SERIOUSLY***???? Absolutely, positively pathetic. Either abide by your own "posted hours" or don't (or at the VERY least, have a sign somewhere that states "we don't cook any more chicken after 9:00pm, so if you want to eat here after that, it's a cr@pshoot on whether or not we'll actually be able to serve you...").
H3ll - at least then I'd respect the blunt honesty...

I am from North Carolina and our KFC chicken has way better flavory taste then the Texas KFC. I tried the KFC here three times bland tasting chicken. Sorry, about the remark but it is true. The desert is good.

Never again, every time I go it gets worse. Shut it down or get new management. Orders are always wrong, too long the wait, and it’s always the same thing “ we’re out of chicken for today” or out of this and that, it’s gonna be a 15 minute wait and turns to 30. Then missing items. 😠

Service is slow and the chicken was raw, the biscuits were stiff. Not coming back.

I tried this location out a year ago and worst experience ever. Waited like 25-3mins for two regular size meals. Today more than a year later still waiting for over 20mins for a regular meal, didn’t even give me my order I wanted and paid for,and the girls working the window and drive through are as uninterested in working there as their attitudes…what a shame I’ll never go back….by the way this was today almost 30mims ago.

Ordered a 3 piece that should have had 2 breasts & 1 wing...what I got was, 1 small thigh and what I think is part of a wing! Totally unacceptable!

I was told to wait 15 min and they forget about me. 45 min later I get my order and it's WRONG!!! With cold fries. Terrible service and to top it off rude staff.
