Subway

The lady and gentlemen that work at this store are the reason i continue to go back. They are always nice and will help with whatever they can. He messed up on my order and put mayo on my sandwich. I just asked him to scrape it off, which he did, but he also went the extra mile and gave me a discount for messing up. I did not even ask him to do this. Exceptional customer service. However i did not enjoy the new Phily Steak and Cheese. Really dissapointed in the taste Subway..Will not order that again. I am fine sticking with my Club classic.

I have lived in Summerwood for 12 yrs now and have been to Subway many times. They finally have a good staff. Their manager, Jose, recommended the new garlic spread with meatballs and I must say it was delicious. I was greeted by an employee, Francis, whom was very nice. I always make sure to look at employee’s badges to get their name just in case. Overall, I am glad and hope these employees stick around because for a nice area like Summerwood, we sure have seen our share of rude employees at Subway. This location is always busy and I’m glad that even then, I never wait long. Also, I love how the manager interacts with the customers. Great customer service!
