Nice local boozer with great roasts (especially vegan one). Staff super friendly too

A great little place for a Sunday roast popped in today after seeing plenty of Facebook advertising with my step dad, The food was great, (had the beef and pork with my step dad) plenty of gravy, and great staff (especially the girl who seemed a bit nervous when we arrived you did a great job) will definitely be back again :)

Kinda don't want to leave a good review so this tiny pub doesn't get busy and stop me getting amazing roasts and quiet pints.
So please don't tell anyone about this traditional pub, or it's great service. Agreed?

New menu at the cosy local called the coopers. Really enjoyed the small plates yesterday 👌 we had the pork belly, mac n cheese croquettes and beef nuggets. All highly recommended sharing snacks.

The chef is spot on food was cooked to perfection and the bar staff holly and Heather as I found out were so attentive and warming this pub is so friendly only negative side its to far to become my local as I live in kent but trust me I'll be returning again

Have always loved this pub- it used to be my local so been here many, many a time. First visit back for a few years after friends recently recommended the roast and by god it didn't disappoint. They got three very important things just right- lots of vegetables, big crispy roast potatoes, and enough gravy. Great staff and lovely chilled atmosphere, we will be back!

If you want to taste, really good Indian/Pubjabi food that Indians would eat, Friday & Saturday evenings this is the place to go, this is not like your mainstream restaurants, if yr expecting that, best not to come. Amazing flavours, only for genuine curry connoisseurs or Indians who miss their home cooked food and those that just know what is what in the curry world.

We visited, after a recommendation from a DJ friend of ours, on a Saturday night. It wasn't too busy which we prefer. Lovely member of staff, not bad beers and good atmosphere.
We're late 40s to mid 50s and the other patrons were of similar ages which made us feel more at ease. Loved the different DJs taking it in turns on the decs. Nice pub! 👍

Roast Pork is just amazing with all the trimmings and huge Yorkshire and tasty gravy. Keep coming back.
