Cin Cin Hove

We have been meaning to dine at Cin Cin Hove for a number of years given the amazingly positive reviews it continues to receive and finally got round to booking a table for 2 for my fiancées birthday. The restaurant is cosy, comfortable and the welcome and service was exceptional. The kitchen is open plan, and I love that the chefs sometimes serve the food direct to the table! We opted for a midweek menu special which is incredible value for money with 3-courses and a carafe of house wine. The food is simply delicious, seasonal ingredients expertly matched for a well balanced dish. The Rabbit Croquette was exceptional, as was the Balanzoni of wild garlic and Strozzapreti. A perfect dinner!

What a gorgeous experience we had at this Restaurant. The service was welcoming, warm and friendly , the food was fantastic and all beautifully presented. My husband had the 5 course set menu along with the wine pairing. I went a la carte and opted for several starters and sides. Another guest went for starter, main & dessert options from the specials board. The kitchen & servers were very flex and so accommodating to all our requests. The 3 of us shared their cheese & charcuterie board to start and it was delicious. Cheese was exceptionally good! We sat at the sit up bar so could see the kitchen and all the buzz of the restaurant which we loved. Even the play list was perfect 🎵 We can’t wait to revisit!

Cin Cin is one of our favourite restaurants in Brighton. We haven’t been for a while as we had others we wanted to check out so it was lovely to reacquaint. It did not disappoint. The food was spectacular, as always, and we got the midweek 3 course deal with wine. Good value and felt like a real treat.

I visited Cin Cin during January when they were serving a plant based menu for veganuary. The food was delicious and the menu was really well thought out. Service was amazing and all staff were lovely. The chef even spent a few minutes chatting to us about the menu and told us a few things we didn’t know about our choices. Highly recommend!

Wow. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The food was outstanding and delicious. But the exceptional service was just as worth mentioning. The lady that served us was naturally warm, friendly and professional. Something I don't think you can teach. A great evening out! If I had to make one comment I would suggest replacing the stools with gas height adjustable ones as my friend who dined with me was a bit short and found it a little uncomfortable. This was in no way a complaint. Just some constructive feedback.

Absolutely loved it. Unbelievable food. We did the chef’s menu for £43 and it was definitely worth it. 6 courses of deliciousness, left feeling incredibly full. The staff were all absolutely lovely, really chatty and helpful when we needed it. Also spoke with the head chef (I think) Jamie who was really kind to take the time to talk us through his menu and the restaurant set up. 10/10 would recommend anyone coming here. The chicken Milanese was the best thing I’ve eaten in a long time.

Wonderful food and lovely staff. Tended to us the whole time. We went for the chef’s tasting menu which changes seasonally and it did not disappoint at all; everything was delicious and they even went to the extra effort to wish my friend a Happy Birthday accompanied by a little desert. Will definitely be going to dine again.

We booked in advance & would recommend as not a big place. So glad we did! Great service from when we entered. Staff were all great! We sat by the window. You can sit outside or a bar type seat where you can see the cooking area. Food was lovely. Seemed very traditional Italian, great produce & simple dishes that shows this off. It is also dog friendly. Highly recommend but definitely book as it gets full quickly!
