The Exchange

Been here a few times recently and was surprised to see a lower than expected rating. The more recent reviews are far more accurate. Have had food twice (both times banging) and the staff are lovelt. Really nice bar and spot. My preferred place to watch football even though it's a bit out of the way for me as it doesn't really have a football vibe, all very friendly and enough space to fit everyone.

Pop in today Sat 7th October bit to eat and a beer. Read many positive reviews about this place, and have to agree food was good. Beer clean and crisp. Decor quirky, interesting. Nice steady flow of regulars many eating also. Feels like a pub that is supported by it's locals. Definitely be back. Just had the Sunday roast 11th February 2024, absolutely amazing.

I’ve experienced The Exchange as a local over 20 years and right now, it’s the best it’s been. The food there is delicious and above the standard you would expect from a pub with a menu that changes with the seasons. The Sunday roasts are very good and the roast potatoes are exceptional.
