Microbrewery is always my place to drink. Amazing choices of canned beer, only wished they have at least one draught stout!

Great beers. The tacos and potatoes used to be delicious but recently they all taste like they’re covered in vinegar - please change it back

A group of us uncles & aunties were given vouchers as Christmas presents, finally got round to using them. And it was well worth the wait!! Great beers, great food and fab staff. Really bloody enjoyable 👍👍🍺🍔🍺🍺🍺🍺

My partner and I are locals and we have being going to bison most weekends or if not every other we find the team
Really lovely , especially the guy with the blonde curlish hair he’s always so polite and knows we are locals we were there last sat and I have to say always a amazing choice of beers and we see it as a weekly treat you guys are doing great keep smashing it ! Rich and Dan

Nice selection of beers in bottles and cans as well as beers on tap. We had some food for dinner and it too was tasty. The inside is not very big so can get crowded easily, but there is also a patio area which is great for warm, sunny weather.

Surprising amount of seating (indoor and outdoor) for a small beer bar. Has a great range of UK craft including loads of local. Has a pop up kitchen serving wings, burgers, tacos. Only six taps though, might be nice if one was a special beer (strong stout/sour) to mix it up from the session pales/IPAs. Had a cracking beer by BRZN brewery from Brighton itself.

We really enjoyed our stop at bison for a couple. The guy behind the bar was really helpful in guiding us to what we would like on the menu along with some samples! Sitting outside in the sun with their beers was certainly a highlight of our trip

Had a really nice evening here before dinner for a few beers and light bite, the food was really nice, staff were very helpful and a amazing beer selection. Definitely recommend! I can’t wait to go back for a full meal!
