Hixon Green Cafe

Had some friends down to visit and we were looking for a brunch spot on a rainy Sunday (with no reservation no less - shame on us) but Hixon was very accommodating and offered us a table. Loved the variety on the menu, brunch with a twist in some cases. Had the pescatarian myself and looooooved the variety of fish! Definitely worth another visit at some point.

Stumbled in on a rainy day and looking for somewhere dog-friendly for brunch. We found the place to be super cosy, and a really nice place to hang out. The food was great - but it did take over an hour for 2 full English breakfasts to arrive at our table. It might have just been a tough day in the kitchen, but I probably wouldn’t visit if I were pushed for time. We’ll certainly be back, however!

We had extremely nice experience! Food was nice, drinks were good … on top of that we were sitting outside and weather was great, so my husband and 3 of our babies had a great time! We ordered 3 dishes between us and I was full, we are two fairly well build guys (both around 100kg) so we thought we might be hungry after just 1 dish each… nope we were wrong…. Food was delicious, presentation was great and our waiter was very helpful and friendly. He informed us about longer than usual wait (place was packed), sever drinks very fast and it was a pleasure to sit outside and enjoy sun! We found easily parking spot next to the venue. The only one thing I would recommend for owner is to make sure everyone firm staff know the menu and can describe what we can expect from products. I asked about coffee, what kind of coffee they have and what is the taste of it. They were not able to tell me in the bar. WE ARE RECOMMENDING THIS SPOT!!!

Tasty food and good quality nice portion friendly staff. All coming from management system specially their very good manager. Carpark next to the restaurant is available and very cheap. As this is a very warm and pleasant environment which you can have good time together with your friends and family. For having a meal or drink. Quality of products are good, they have very friendly and knowledgeable staff so this is the reason you can high quality food and drink. I strongly recommend to use their services. All tourists and Brighton visitors should not miss this lovely cousin restaurant %100.
