All Star Coney Island

Clean and friendly. Never have I seen so much staff in a small place. The gyro was a soft pillowy pita, sauce, onion and diced tomatoes. Fam ordered pancakes, french toast eggs and sausage. Everything cane out hot and delicious. Wait for food was just long enough for me and my son to play a round on the classic Mrs.Pac-Man multi arcade. Prices are average, food was a value(average portions) staff was great.

The service was fantastic but the food was not. My burger was over cooked and so dry it tasted like cardboard. Also, I ordered my burger plain. Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and mayo were inside the box and the top bun was set on top of the mayo container - which had no lid - causing mayo to get all over my top bun. I had to throw it out and use some bread for the bun.

My family and I went and ordered takeout, our 9 year old got a 6inch hair in his chili cheese fry! Every single coney dog we ordered 5 in total were burnt, over cooked and at least an inch on both sides you couldn’t chew!! My husband called and spoke with the waitress and explained how our food was when we got home, she said said she had to call her manager and would call back. Which she did and informed my husband that her manager said that all their hot dogs are fresh that are on the grill right now, there is nothing there going to do!!! The waitress was great and we appreciate all she tried to do to help us. This is about how rude, inconsiderate, the manager Cindy is!!! It’s clear that she needs a few courses in hospitality and how customers are supposed to be treated. If I could give this place a zero I would!!!!
