Tim Hortons

This use to be a great Tim Hortons but every time I get it now... it just frustrates me! When I ask for extra cream cheese on my bagel and pay extra for it..... don't give me the thinnest layer ever! For $2.40 for cream cheese.... it is ridiculous! The last 3 times that I have went thru the drive...I wait for at least 5 min before anyone even talks to me thru the intercom! They say the drive thru doesn't recognize larger SUVs! Today I ordered an iced coffee and when it was given to me.... there was no ice in it! The girls responded by saying... we are out of ice very rudely! Sad that it has gone downhill so much!

did a mobile app order and picked the one nearest me it said (i was in parking lot) and apparently it went to another location. they would not redo my food only if i paid again for it, and they would not honor my coupon i used for my order thru app to get the discount (whole purpose had to use the mobile app). and no refund was given. i was way out of direction to go to the other place to pick up my food and drinks.

Every single time I go to this location it's TERRIBLE!! it's been months since my last visit..... today I ordered the same thing I get at EVERY tim Hortons, a large mocha iced coffee light ice, extra mocha, double cream and sugar. Please tell me why it looked like straight milk.. not even chocolate looking just straight milk... I asked if it was extra mocha they said yes. I gave them a weird look and she just grabbed my drink back said I'll add more mocha. Got it back and it looked exaclty the same. At this point I gave up. I'm now drinking my coffee flavored milk 🤢🤢 WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I'll trivet the 10 min out of my way to go to the one by 96 and latson

By far the worst Tim Hortons. Poor customer service and never provide the accurate order. I don’t give poor rates to anyone, but Thai is the worst Tim Hortons by far, hoping someone read this and change management. I’d say the Arabic older lady is the only employee that provide the accurate order and smile at your face, everyone else is very bad including the 2 Arabic guys. I don’t recommend this location

This place is a scam, watch out. When you order is not what you get and they charge you for what you ordered. 3x now i have gone here for a loaded breakfast wrap and they give me one with just bacon which is much less of a price but charge me full price. Owners a money grubbing scammer that teaches his employees to rip people off anyway they can. They dont honor coupons unless you bring up the fact that they charged full price, then they take if off.

Waited 15 mins in the drive thru, ordered two diet Cokes. Got two reg coke, so called to see if they could fix it, their only fix is to wait in the drive thru again and "let them know what happened" I already waited in line, y'all messed up. YOU should fix it, not me waiting again. That's me fixing it.

Went through the drive through last night around 5:50 pm and ordered food. They said they were closing soon and no longer serving food, only drinks. I'm pretty sure the drive through hours said 9pm. No way this would have been okay at any of the restaurants I have worked at. Closing doesn't start until you're actually closed. Horrible customer service
