White Castle

Excellent drive thru experience this visit. Really quick and courteous. I've gone out of my way, just to go to this location. Other White Castle locations around the area are extremely slow and often get my order wrong. Not this location! The only drawback is it's located at a very busy area. Tough to make a left into the area. Going out is great as there is a traffic light. I can't recommend this location enough.

Horribly long wait, cold (?) food, poor service. Ordered 1921 burger. Lady making them did so by assembling burgers on counter not on tray. (Dropping the meat patties off grill. Not sure where they ended up) Other lady leaned over open patties touching with her shirt to "help" Served with no condiments. Asked if burger was hot when she tossed me the bag. "Should be". Was it? Don't know. Too disgusted to try after seeing this process. Went into trash. Want to try 1921 one day but not from Howell White Castle. Culver's to the rescue!

Perhaps the slowest “fast food” I’ve ever experienced. The cashier could not figure out an order of 3 crave cases and 1 crave clutch for our group; she had to ask another employee how to enter this (literally could not figure out 4 items). Then tells the other employee that we wanted 3 clutches and 1 case, which we had to correct with them without confusing them (again, 4 items). The we waited, patiently with a large group of boys, 10, 20, 30, 40! Yes, oh wait, only the clutch is done. Wait again, 5ish-10, 1 case….2 more cases to go right? 5-10 more minutes and 1 more case. Approaching the hour mark and a fast food establishment known for putting out masses of slider just can’t pull it….wait….59 minutes whew, just under an hour!

If I could give it no stars I would. I am so disappointed in this location and I will never do my business here again. There was a customer who asked for no onions due to allergies and they still gave it to him when he told them they goofed he was told there was always going to have a little onion and started making fun of him behind his back including one of the managers. They made a big deal that drive thru was backed up because of the customer when it was their mess up. I called to speak to a manager just to have the one who made fun of him answer my call. I stated that it is not ok to make fun of someone who could potentially die from an allergy and and that I was calling corporate and I could tell he didn't care and had a joking tone to him. Playing with someone's life like that is no laughing joke. I will not be silent about this one. They should be fired for what they said and did.
