I used to love this place, but the combination of 5-6 people standing in the drive thru window talking and having a good old time, but I had to wait in line for 40+ minutes to grab a "quick bite" was ridiculous . Glad you're having fun, but fast food implies you're making an effort to feed large groups of people with intent and speed. They were not.
When we got the food, the hot was with the cold, and the sauces weren't right.
Also, apparently they no longer have discounts for military or law enforcement? Despite that previously being a chain wide requirement? Honestly, maybe it was just for me because they (yes all 6 including 2 managers) weren't even sure when they all looked at each other confused, typed on the computer and then said no sorry we don't. I don't know if they would even know how.
Overall, it will be months before I bother to make the attempt again.
Oh, and if you're wondering why I didn't order ahead to speed up the process? 1. Their system wouldn't let you, and it's been doing that for a while, 2. If it does, it seems like they don't see it or see you, and 3. The wait time for the one attempt I made a few months ago was longer than people in the line because their system doesn't work...

Went to lowes on a Saturday and saw they had almost no line and was in awe. Decided to go there for a nice snack, went through and ordered my food through the drive-thru. Order was wrong so I went back to the drive-thru as I didn't know the inside was open only for the girl to tell me I had to go inside. Finally after over 20 minutes got it fixed while the rest of our food was now cold.
Inside looks dirty and employees all seemed stressed and not as friendly as usual. Large fry was like half filled and maybe because it was all cold after getting the issue fixed not as good. Mac n cheese noodles were hard and also seemed skimpy. We used to come all the time and never had an issue with our food except maybe forgetting a sauce or something and always tasted good and fresh. I don't know what happened to this place in the past month but they have went far down hill with very long wait times considering the line was so short. We will have to go to the one in Brick from now on...

Sitting here waiting for my door dash delivery the woman told me 20 minutes it’s going on 35 minutes for 3 measly chicken sandwiches. There’s 1 car in the drive thru and 2 people in the store. Should’ve reassigned the order if I knew it was going to be over a half hour. There are at least 8-9 employees here too. Absolutely ridiculous. They need to get a move on, i used to work at chick fil a it never took 30 minutes for an order. Time is money thank you Howell chick fil a for a terrible experience. Btw they had the drinks ready when I got there so the ice was melting in their soda the whole time I was waiting. I already got penalized for delivering the food late. I just saw someone elses review say “chick fil a didn’t put my kids happy meal in the bag, door dash gave us the money back”, so the door dash driver probably got penalized because of chick fil a employees incompetence. I declined every chick fil a order after that. Whoever said this place is poorly ran hit the nail on the head. Horrible customer service I’ll never give them my money

Very disappointed with my catering experience at Chick Fil A Howell. Ordered a small tray of chicken strips over the phone today. It was scheduled to be picked up at 3:00 pm. My son was going to pick up so I tried to pay over the phone with a credit card, but was told that it had to be paid for in the store. When my son got to the store at 3:05 to pick up the order, they had not even started making it yet and he was told it would be ready in half an hour. This is no way to do business!! If they were not going to start the order until he got there we should have been told on the phone to be there at 2:30 for a 3:00 pick up. I usually love Chick Fil A, but this was unacceptable!

The service and food was outstanding!!!I just love those grilled chicken nuggets, and fries. The best part is, they're gluten free. Those of us that have Celiac can eat them. Yay!!

This is worst chick- fil-A ive ever been to, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. First time I’ve been here since i moved to Howell because the line is always so long. Well today i figured out why the line is so long, the workers do not work. They are standing around blatantly doing nothing. They got my order completely wrong. There were 4 cars ahead of me, 30 minutes to get somebody else’s food. Place is a disgrace to the franchise.

Have frequented this restaurant for many years and until the newest owner took over we never had any issues. It seems as though they just can't get it together. Our last visit the cobbsalad had very few ingredients. Our sons Sandwich was wrong and my wife's salad was definitely not the correct portion either. We also go to Old Bridge and Middletown and never run into the same issues. Also the inside is always open at the other ones and NEVER in howell even just to pick up food. If this continues we will unfortunately stop going there. I refuse to sit in any line for over an hour for fast food as it then becomes not fast at all.
