Sorrentino's Subs

We ordered 2 trays from them today, on Mothers Day. Set up pick up time and everything. Called to tell them we are coming to get it and the owner told us “I don’t have it and I’m not making it”. He said his guy never wrote it down. He was so nasty and dismissive. He offered no apology and said “well, I don’t know what to tell ya”. It’s hard to believe someone so disgusting still has a business. His sons place is WAY better anyway. My husband goes there almost everyday but we will never step foot in there again. He should be ashamed of his lack of accountability and embarrassed of himself and his workers.

Can't understand how this place could possibly be so highly rated, paid $7 for an empty sub. This is literally more cheaply filled than a $3 wawa or quick check sub and I frankly feel ripped off. I guess if you want to pay for bread and lettuce this is the place to go. I mean look at this thing it's insulting.
