Pizza Hut

If I could give you negative stars I would . Everyone was looking to to Pizza Hut because there has never been one in our area. I call 3 times and listen to an automated thing that say no one is available to answer your call and hangs up . Then call a 4th time get a live person and the say they will not honor the coupons they sent to the house that clearly state for carry out or delivery and do not expire untill 7/31/22. So now you lost a customer we will be keeping it local and staying with Enzo's.

Every time I walk into a Pizza Hut, it's a gamble of whether the interior is updated or whether it looks straight from the early 2000s. This Pizza Hut was the latter. With grungy carpets and checkerboard tables, it's a Hut that could definitely use a face lift, but it's still charming in its own wacky sort of way. There was a slight musty smell from our booth in the corner that dated the place further. But who goes to Pizza Hut for the decor? The pizza, a personal pan, was average and tasty. Our waiter wasn't enthusiastic, but he was kind. Overall, I'm satisfied, but with a solid shrug.

Michael the manager gives this pizza hut a 5 star rating! He is very professional and all about the customer! He is the true definition of great customer service. I am a manager for Wawa and we value our customers and I wish there were more manager and associates in Wawa like Michael. You are awesome and keep up the great customer service it will pay off int he end.

This is a good neat Pizza Hut. We travel here, as there isn't a closer one. We order online, and the order is always ready and hot. The location is right on Route 9, and easy to enter and leave. The seating area is clean and comfortable. And the staff is nice too. We'll definitely come back, hopefully to sit and eat next time.
