Mcdonald's

A month a go, I went to the McDonald's in Howell.I buys food there all the time. I truly loves the fries, when they are hot. I compare it to other places. This day the person was so rude, that I was glad that I was just picking up , or else I would be afraid to eat. She pushed my receipt out and very nasty, I had to park on the side to go in. I.asked her for the manager, she pointed me to a phone number to call , go ahead she said.no pen, so I left..17 years , worst experience.

This location is close to my home, but I deliberately drive to other locations to not have to go to this McDonald's. The dining area is usually only a 4 out of 10 on cleanliness. After all it is inside a busy Walmart, so I rarely sit and eat here. The drink station is ALWAYS filthy and sticky. Almost always out of sweet tea. The straw dispenser has been broken for years. The lid dispensers look like the were sneezed on by 15 sick 1st graders, I have never seen them clean. The burgers are usually fine, up to par with other McDonalds. But the thing that really sealed the deal. After you place your order, they NEVER give you your cup to fill your drink while you wait. Every other McDonalds I have ever been to, give you your cup with your receipt. At this location only they make you wait for it with your food. Wastes your time, makes you have to bring your food in their filthy drink station. It has been this way at this location of years. Just give me my cup!!!!

Just was using the Walmart restroom and witnessed one of the McDonalds employees from this location, use a urnal, grab the handle and flush it with his bare hand. Proceeded to walk out of the restroom without washing his hands. I followed him out and he walked back into the kitchen of the McDonald’s and began talking to another employee. How many things back there will he touch before he puts on gloves or will he ever wash his hands? Don’t know. I’m not sticking around to find out.
