Flams Takeout

The whole experience was awful, server was not nice at all, never came to ask how the food was, the waiting time was too long. Food was bad, my son's chicken strips very dry he couldn't even eat them, my scrambled eggs and hash browns very dry as well, the special pancakes were not even close to the picture in the menu. Manager was walking around the tables but never came to ask how was everything, I won't go back again.

Could b alot better. My pancakes were well done n Hubbies were not even cooked in the center. I understand they were very busy when we went...some servers are great as we have been there before but this time we had a new server i presume because she really didn't know what she was doing we were not rude n we tipped normal but the food really was not good. My hubby ordered the steak omelette.. it was mostly hash browns on the inside...hardly any meat... On a day they are not crazy busy...the food and service is better. This time we visited on Fathers day n the line was out into the parking lot. The Host who seated us was very professional and was really on top of his game... doing all aspects of management with ease. He was dealing with seating people, phones, doing take outs, dealing with problems with etiquette, and helping the staff n running into the kitchen. He made the pressure he must have been under look like a walk in the park

waiting to be seated, an excessive amount (even if you single customer there) workers won't bother to let admin know every time i have to tell them to call someone (install door chime in case no one in front you know someone came). Quality of food compared to others ihops in area great, except sometimes they bring wrong items. No one is rude, but kids working in need to sleep they seem to me like somewhere in space while taking your order. They all go in back rooms giggle there and you got no option but wait till someone come in main hall of restaurant for long time. Seems like good people work there but they do need training

I went to this restaurant on September 12, 2021. When I was guided to the table, ants were crawling on the table. I asked the waitress to wipe the table. Then we ordered foods has arrived. But our orders foods different came. The waitress replaced it, but we had to wait. While I was eating, my elbows became itchy, and when I looked there, ants were crawling. When I told the waitress to that effect, the manager came, but the response was the worst. We will never come to this restaurant again.

Ihop doesn’t seem to care about their bad reviews but maybe someone reading this will be cautioned not to go there. I got there at 10am and was seated after 5 minutes, told they would take my order shortly. 25 minutes go by and I’m still waiting for a server to take my drink order. Finally I get up and walk out because I think they’ve forgotten about me. I get being busy but that is excessive. Believe these other reviews saying there was an excessive wait time.

I have NEVER left a review for anything in my entire life but after dining here I HAD to leave one. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We had to find an employee to seat us after standing in the lobby for 10 mins. It was easily 80+ degrees inside and the place everything about the restaurant was DISGUSTING. The exterior of the building is full of weeds, the bathrooms are GROSS. I genuinely feel like I need to shower after dining here. Will certainly not be coming back.

I have to walk out of this place twice due to lack of service. The first time I couldn't find anyone to seat us . Had to go to Applebee's next door. Today seated and forgotten about . Not even a water for 15+ minutes. Again at Applebee's next store. A one star is generous and based on the other reviews this place is not what you're looking for.

They threw the pancakes on top of the country fried steak and ruined the meal. May 15,2022 Tried giving another shot to this ihop and went I. To sit for breakfast with my son. Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Then waited 30 minutes for an order the waitress never submitted. HORRIBLE. FOR MICROWAVED FOOD NONE THE LESS. IF YOU WANT A REAL BREAKFAST GO DOWN THE STREET TO SORRENTINOS. THIS IHOP HAS TERRIBLE CHAIN OWNERS WHO DO NOT TRAIN EMPLOYEES
