Bubbakoo's Burritos

Food is good when you finally get it but the last 4 or 5 times I've tried to get food there, it took a minimum of 25 minutes of waiting to get my single burrito. And most of those times, it was not busy at all, employees currently just take their sweet time and dont understand that people ordering for pickup in advanced may have places they need to be at certain times. Always have to wait at least 10 minutes after my expected time for pickup, getting really annoying.

Ordered through the app and had it scheduled for pickup at 1 PM. Walked in at 12:58 and order was ready. Had the Nashville Chicken Burrito and the Jamaican Jerk Chicken Quesadilla. The Burrito was blander than I thought it was going to be. The Quesadilla was excellent. Cooked right and spicy/sweet. Recommended.

Go into order get a burrito and a burrito bowl. Both doubble steak. They make the bowl first when we see the portion of meat we instantly ask that's a double? They say yes with the way the world is today we don't question it again until they put the meat on the regular burrito. It's clearly twice the meat that went in the bowl. So we ask to do a visual comparison when they open they bowl you can tell the difference. We ask them to make it right the manager comes looks and says I don't know what to tell you your either taking it or you're not. So we don't take any of the food. Not to mention they also made a crispy chicken burrito and a Quesadilla for us. So they lost that whole order instead of just making it right. I will never visit this location again.

The store is very clean. There are about 14 tables available for sitting and some tables accommodate four people. the general environment of the store seems pretty modern. There are photos and videos of various board sports and other extreme sports. The menu is easy to order from. The staff is friendly and shows great personality. The men's bathroom was clean. I ordered a burrito with double Hibachi steak. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I easily see myself coming back again.

Paid for a delivery, it still wasn’t here 10 minutes before the store closed. We called and they said they were waiting for a driver. We had to rush and pick up our cold and soggy order before they closed. We weren’t offered a refund of delivery charges. Instead of calling to say they had no driver our food sat out and I guess they would have closed without letting us know? This isn’t the first time this happened with Bubbakoos. Never again.
