Wendy's

Lady working nights is very nasty, she was cursing the people out ordering through the drive thru as I was getting my order. Then getting home to have the completely wrong meal with cold fries, and this is not the first time. I understand people have bad days but no reason to take it out on paying customers.

Service was horrible. The manager on duty didn't seem to care. She walked past fries on the floor 3+ times did nothing about it. Asked for a chicken sandwich with no tomato because ny daughter has a allergy. What's on it? Tomato. When I said something they attempted to use the same chicken. When I made them change it was nothing but eyes rolling and comments. Completely the worst experience at wendys

I had the 4 for $4.00 meal, which included fries. They were wonderful- hot and crispy. They were so good that I went back the next day just to order fries. They were NOT hot or crispy. I told the drive through person the fries were neither hot nor crispy. She replied that the fries were h+c. I repeated that they weren't. I knew from the previous day what they should be (delicious) and these were not. She continued to argue the point. Fortunately a manager was nearby and handed the window person fries fresh from the fryer to give me. Someone needs to have her read the carton and bag which say that Wendy's fries are hot and crispy or they will make fries that are both hot and crispy. No problem at other Wendy's, but I check the fries before leaving the window.

Without any prior announcement / notification the Wendy's on Route 9 in Howell, NJ decided to NO LONGER provide free senior citizen coffee with any of their promotional items. I'm referring to the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. This is the "second promotion" on this breakfast item within the last 6 months. During the first promotion, I had patronized Wendy's almost every other day (ordering the limit of 5 biscuits) and getting FREE senior citizen coffee with my PROMOTIONAL ORDER ! NOW, the manager was instructed to tell their customers that there is NO FREE CITIZEN COFFEE with any promotional order (Manager "implied" that was ALWAYS the case ?????). VERY UNHAPPY WENDY'S CUSTOMER WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTIFICATION ! THIS EXPLAINS WHY THIS WENDY'S "ONLY" HAS A 1.5 STAR RATING MR. GASPAR GIORDANO !!!
