Taco Bell

First time doing a mobile order for this location. Ordered 3 meals. What a massive disappointment. I should’ve read the other one star reviews. Got home and saw that items were missing and the items that were included had almost no meat. I definitely feel ripped off and I won’t be ordering from this location again. It is SHOCKING that the owner of this franchise hasn’t completely overhauled his management and staff.

I really have never had a bad experience at any Taco Bell. To me Taco Bell has always served great food at reasonable prices. I didn’t realize I was in for a huge wake up call last night. The prices have nearly doubled for so many of their food items. Regular tacos with just meat, cheese and lettuce are now almost $2 a piece. Not only have the prices gone up, the portions/sizes have drastically been reduced. If you’re thinking, “well, at least they still serve great tasting food.” You would be wrong. Absolutely disgusting. Now I can’t say Taco Bell as a whole is now serving barely edible food. I’ll have to give another location a try and see. This location tho, I would never return here again.

Location was clean and the staff were friendly. Food tasted fresh as always since they make it to order. No issues. Son likes the bean burritos, daughter likes the quesadillas and I like the crunchy taco supreme unless I am driving then I have to go for the 5 layer beef burrito just because it is easier to eat while driving than a crunchy taco. Wife is a rice eater so I don't think she has ever eaten there except for maybe a soft taco once every 3 months lol.

This is the second day in a row I went to Taco Bell for the Mexican Pizza. Yesterday I went through the drive through and it said sold out on the menu, therefore I went elsewhere for dinner. Today on the way home from work I stopped to grab a Mexican Pizza. The drive through was packed so I went inside. It said sold out on the menu inside. I said man this is the second day in a row you guys are sold out. I asked what time I would need to come in to order one and I was told they they are not selling the Mexican Pizza anymore. It won't be back until the fall. If that's the case then put that on the menu instead of sold out. Or take it off the menu completely until you get them back. It's not that hard. Quit making people waste time and gas when you don't have it.

They never open on time. It's 833 and they are currently closed. As often as it happens you'd think some kind of contingency plan would be in place. Poor ownership. Poor management. This location is a horrible example of taco bell as a whole. Go down the road to another one. Not worth the frustration.

So first of all. They open at 8 am. EVERY time I go and try to get breakfast They are not ready or ignore vehicles. The last time I did get breakfast it took them 15 min to make 1 burrito. Today I tried to go again even passed dunken donuts because I wanted this . And at 830 sat there still ignored and not taken care of. So thanks. I missed breakfast today because I was going to be late to work if I stopped anywhere else. You guys are never ready for your customers.
