Mcdonald's

Fries were extremely cold and nasty tasting... Called the store back and spoke with (Christy) the ding-a-ling.... Oh the manager.... She was rude and extremely condescending.... I asked her for solutions not excuses.... Just kept regurgitating the same sentence as to how long the timer was on the fries before they're supposed to throw them out... They're not doing their job or they're mixing the old ones with the newer ones.... Regardless this is a pathetic McDonald location a pathetic manager (Christy) and pathetic fries....

First time coming to this location and first impression are always important. First we get half way down the road and realize they didn't give us our whole order. Then after going back to get it I start eating my big mack. Notice something was really off about my burger. I opened it up to see there was barely a burger patty. So basically I was eating mostly bread then meat. You can say do you want some burger with your bun. Has anyone notice how the burgers keep getting smaller and smaller.

I wouldn't believe it if I didn't experience it myself. I walked in right behind 2 ladies who placed orders at the counter. I, wearing my Door Dash delivery mask, stood at the pick up counter and was never acknowledged, however the 2 ladies got their orders before I could pick up the order for my customer. Mind you, the DD order was "in process" BEFORE the ladies order was even placed. When this was brought up to the manager, I was essentially advised that the Door Dash orders are LESS IMPORTANT than the walk in orders. Very good to know so I thought I'd share this point too view with the community. I won't be picking up any more orders from this restaurant.

I always come here around 11:30pm and the line is always long and it takes forever for people to get up to either of the windows. The employees at this location are slacking and taking their sweet time getting orders done and gone. I have to turn my truck off just so I stop wasting gas waiting on the employees to actually do their job. I'm honestly ready to call corporate on them for this ridiculousness.

This particular McDonald's has gone so far downhill! Rarely do they get an entire order correct anymore. Just got home with my chicken nuggets meal and they completely forgot to put the sauce in it, chicken nuggets suck without sauce and I don't have time to go back and get it. I think I am going to give up on this store if not the entire chain. The last six fish fillets I have gotten here looked like somebody threw the pieces into the box from across the kitchen. Ridiculous. Cut their pay back down to eight dollars or less an hour please. They are earning what they're being paid at this point. Must have some terrible management problems at that location.
