Mcdonald's

I went through the drive thru and picketed up two 1/4 pounders. When I got home, the burgers were undercooked with one being raw. When I called and spoke to the manager I was told to bring it back (25 min drive round trip) and they would replace it. When I contacted corporate, they forwarded the issue to the store owner. To date I haven't received any follow up or offers to refund my money. I do thank them for totally disgusting me and making me swear off McDonalds food.

Worst customer service, all they care about is getting the line moving not the customers needs or request. They serve food that’s been sitting for a while and when customers ask for fresh food they drop what has already been cooked for a few seconds and call it fresh. Very disgusting and I’ve seen it multiple times when I worked here and multiple times after I quit

It's McDonald's so you know what to expect and usually you get it. But not always. This time I came out ahead. Got 26$ worth of food for 6$ because somehow the person in front of me at the drive thru paid my ticket so I had to pay hers so it would balance out? So 5 stars from me, 1 from the lady who is either terrible at math or too rich to care. (her car looked like it wasn't the latter)

We (me & my husband) eat at this McDonald's almost every Friday because it's on the way to my father n laws. The employees are friendly. The food is hot and we get our food quick. I like the Daily Double that use to be on their menu and at this Mcdonald's I can still order it even tho it's not on the menu anymore. I've been to other Mcdonald's and tried to order the daily double and they didn't have a clue what I was talking about.

There are 2 lanes at this McDonalds. I waited in the far lane while 3 other cars in the other lane got their orders taken. After finally getting g my order taken i paid and got told to move up to the 2nd window.Because my order was not ready. After waiting almost 20 minutes for a quarter pounder I finally got my order. I will never eat there again.20 minutes for a quarter pounder. REALLY???

This McDonald’s used to be my go to spot after a doctors appointment but now it won’t be thanks to Nicole or so that’s what I was told her name was since she wouldn’t come back to the widow to speak to me after I got loud back with her. I simply ordered a mcchicken & received a crispy chicken no big deal things happen so I pulled back around to get it all worked out she comes up to the window asking what’s wrong I tell her she demands my receipt & card(I paid with cash) so she gives me my cash & I pull up thinking I’m getting my sandwich I originally ordered she comes up to that window saying what do you want I said my sandwich I ordered what do you mean? She said well you already have a sandwich I said yes but that’s not what I ordered she said it was better quality I said look you can have the sandwich back all I want is a mcchicken I don’t know what’s the big deal or what’s so hard about it she walks away and screams well you don’t have to be rude I asked for her name someone said that couldn’t give out names I said that’s fine she’s a manager she can come back to the window she didn’t and I received my sandwich with EXTRA mayonnaise. Unacceptable
