Your average breakfast food - good, but nothing exceptional. I had the blackened salmon eggs Benedict, which was good, but a bit salty. The other members of the party seemed to enjoy the food as well. The service was great! TraValle (I believe that was his name, based on the receipt) was very pleasant and took great care of us!

I love going to locals for breakfast. Ordered meat skillet and friend ordered pancake. Very tasty skillet. Pancake was good too but was served cool so the butter didn't melt. I thought the coffee was so smooth tasting. I did have to keep flagging the server for coffee to top up so it would warm that too. It was still good enough to try again sometime.

Always a great experience. I love the Country Fried Steak from here that the St. Paul or Woodbury locations don't have for some reason, so I have to make the trip out here for that once in a while. My second choice is the Cajun Breakfast with one of the meat add-on that I switch back and fourth. The kids love the Mikey Cakes!

I’ve been here twice. The first time I got the raspberry white chocolate chip pancakes and they were to die for! The second time I went back we got salads and they were delicious and filling. Each time I have been the service has been amazing, the staff has been very friendly and the food was delicious. I also witnessed the cashier give a regular customer a free dessert! Definitely recommend.

A solid two. Why? I’ve been here dozens of times. I won’t be going back. Today we were charged a credit card fee. The server who ran my card ran it for a different amount. After the fact, I asked why the amounts were different. The server, I******a, was slow, and impatient. I found two of the booths dirty and trash on the floor. I asked to speak to the manager, who called me back. The manager spoke over me. The manager didn’t apologize for the server who did not disclose the fee. The overall experience is, meh. Rude. Also, the couple who walked out as I was talking in the parking lot had NO service. They waited 15 minutes. I recall them coming in. I am assuming they cut staff after lunch and left the inexperienced to handle mid afternoon diners. The manager didn’t understand the phrase “brand management” and it shows. Update: not necessary to talk to the person responding to the review. The bad service and the UNAPOLOGETIC manager (and staff) who thinks it’s fine to slip credit charges onto people’s cards without telling them is unacceptable. Will never be back to ANY Key’s cafe.
