Had a very bad experience with food that was overcooked and completely inedible. It took LeeAnn Chins 4 weeks to get back to me, but the regional manager did get back to me and I was justly compensated. I appreciated the effort to rectify this, but Google really doesn't have a good way to notify that I had a terrible experience at this place, but the company made the effort to compensate me and I am satisfied. So, I have removed the photo of my inedible meal and added a star for the good faith of the regional manager.

Literally never order food from here unless you have a deal because they NEVER get it right. And the food is almost always bad. Whoever was working May 8th 12:30pm needs to be let go. Noodles were so soggy and mushy its like they were sitting for hours don't even get me started on how much soy sauce they covered it in?? Then my shrimp was supposed to he firecracker shrimp but there was so much soy sauce I felt like I got soy sauce shrimp and this isn't the first time this has happened. Whoever the cook is needs to be moved or let go. If there are only 2 shifts of cooks then Whoever was working the day I said is the bad cook because it's not always bad.

I visited the restaurant on 6/4/2022 at 7is pm and asked for a white rice entree with half bourbon and half orange they said we are all out of white rice!really I believe it is because they didn't want to cook more white rice which is ridiculous, so they gave me a small plate not the normal entree plate with orange and bourbon then charged me full price ugh! Give me a break!

I did order food about 30 minutes prior to closing time.. I ordered the sampler platter, they were out of the wing so they replaced with an extra cream cheese puff and potsticker. I was okay with the replacement. My order was lukewarm, and the pot stickers were mushy, and the cream cheese puff edges were so tough I could barely chew through them.. I understand they were closing shortly, but I still paid the same price as anybody else would pay at a busy time with fresh food. That was a very expensive subpar meal, I will not go back to Leeann Chin in Hudson wisconsin.

We were literally the only ones there and still couldn't get the frat boys behind the counter to take our order. None of the food was fresh and we felt like we were inconveniencing the workers when we placed our order. The portions were small due to the employees not keeping up on what food needed to be refreshed.
