Chipotle Mexican Grill

We will no longer order online because they never get it right and give us very little food every time we do. Almost $10 for a half empty bowl. My SO got double meat and his was mostly just meat. No veggies. We asked for extra corn and corn on the side for our chips. We got no corn and half a cup of corn on the side. I over heard the cook telling the employees to disregard orders that say “extra” because he didn’t want to make more food. Sad. Chipotle’s portions used to be huge. Now they’re barely enough. Half the time this store is closed until 3 and you won’t know it until you’re already there and there’s a sign on the door.

I'm a big fan of Chipotle but I can't help but be consistently disappointed with this location. Today I made an online order for a steak and chicken burrito, chicken burrito, and steak bowl with queso on the side. I didn't receive the queso that I paid extra for. I would be more understanding if this wasn't a consistent issue. Along with that, I made my order an hour ahead of time so I expected for it to be done by 7, the time I designated for pickup. My order wasn't done until 7:15 and once I was able to eat the food was cold. ~I also wanted to bring up the time I ordered a steak salad, and didn't receive any lettuce. I called the store and was told I would get a refund and never did. I am very displeased with the service at this location and will be spending my money elsewhere.

Food was hot and good which is probably the biggest deal. Beyond that the restaurant was very dirty. No clean tables. No clean baskets for the burritos. No paper towels in the toilet. Based on the layout the only clean(ish) table to eat at was next to a toilet. It is apparent this restaurant was not cleaned properly in some time...

We arrived just after 7 on Friday 3/18. The staff had mentioned that they had just opened 10 minutes earlier due to an outage. The team was great and worked efficiently to get the orders out quickly for only having 4 people on. There were a couple difficult customers that were handled very well while still keeping the line moving.

AVOID! I frequent this particular chipotle usually 2-4 times a year. It is a convenient location right off the interstate that makes it the perfect place for lunch/dinner while traveling. This most recent visit will be my last. I’ve never been more appalled by the cleanliness or complete lack thereof as I was during this visit. The entire visible food prep area was extremely messy. There wasn’t a single clean table. The soda and silverware area was a disaster.

I am typically oblivious to the cleanliness of any place that serves food but holy moly was this place disgusting. Tables and floors were a complete mess. The salad and steam table with the food did not look fresh at all. I was hungry so picked the best looking items for my burrito bowl. They were out of a few things. It was 3:30 in the afternoon so you would think they could have cleaned the place up and caught up if they had a crazy lunch hour as there was hardly anyone in there eating. My husband has been in food service for a very long time. I told him he should stop in to see how bad it was. He said if I thought it was bad it must really be bad so we ended up throwing our food out. With the appearance of the place being the way it was, we decided to not trust in the employees knowledge of proper temperature keeping with the food and did not want our kids to risk getting sick.
