Absolutely one of the best places to spend an evening in the Hudson Valley. The food exceeded our expectations, the drinks were authentic and perfectly made with their spirits and the service was exceptional. Portions are perfect, no crazy appetizer upsells that distract from the meal and make you over stuffed when you leave. Everything is simple and crafted just as it should be (in the purest way possible, people forget how good this is) and that is what makes this place phenomenal. Even down to the pickles, ranch and ketchup, which are all made in house, the flavors and ingredients are truly the stars of this meal. Do not skip grabbing some chocolate chip cookies to go. We cannot wait to go back!!!

We snagged a few world-class, grass-fed burgers at this snazzy diner smack dab in the bustling Hudson scene. We came at lunch soon after opening and encountered friendly and patient service, with clean tables and carefully set tables. The vibe was casually elegant, and one felt relaxed with the descriptive and diverse burger menu (including house-made vegetarian patties and fare). The coffee was strong, the salad dressing balanced, and the fries perfectly crisp and salty. The burgers weren’t too big, but right-sized for the plate and more than sufficiently delicious. Look forward to coming here for the cocktails and beer at some point. Great for dudes burger breakfast or family lunch, but also for a hopping date night. The nostalgic diner atmosphere was creatively updated for a clean Covid era, with sharper designs and just enough of the juke box to mash up the decades in a fun twist.

Had a nice, easy dinner on a lazy Sunday night. I would stop by again if I was in the mood for a burger. We each got a burger, as that's what their known for. The burgers were good, but nothing amazing. The fries were tasty; nice and salty/crispy. We also each got one of their house-made sodas, I the cola and my girlfriend the root beer. It was surprising to see their color, but they were pretty good. I certainly don't prefer it to Coke/Pepsi, but the uniqueness is worth it. Service was minimal, but not bad by any means.

While the restaurant staff proved to be kind and accommodating, their food recommendations were disappointing for a number of reasons. Most of the foods we intended to order were unavailable (which is completely fine), so we instead opted for the "tapas" options. In the sense that they were on top of the table and small, yes they were tapas. For the prices asked for mediocre food, we had at least expected it to be a reasonable volume of mediocre food. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately for the sake of our taste buds, they provided much less than we expected. The chicken fried steak tasted like rubber that had been coated with batter. The $16 Caesar salad was smaller than a side that would have been offered to you for free at a restaurant with even moderately higher quality. The white bean soup was so bland and underseasoned that no quantity of salt and pepper could have saved us from essentially drinking water with beans in it. This review doesn't even take into account the slightly depressing atmosphere of the restaurant. We did not stick around long enough to try the desserts, though others seemed to enjoy them.

Farm to table goodness! You will not be disappointed it's a must try if you're in the area. Sarah greeted us and recommended some musts to try. We tried a couple things I enjoyed the chefs special burger of the day. My sister ordered a Philly cheese steak and enjoyed it very much. Also I took home a chocolate chip cookie and brownie, wow! I'll be back for sure.

What a fantastic Farm-to-Table modern Diner dining! The organic food taste really yummy!! It might not look it but it definitely taste delicious!! The service was great. The protocol to stay safe and physically distance is well observed. I highly recommend this place for lunch when in the Hudson area!!
