Love this little local burger spot in Hudson Ohio! The staff are so friendly and helpful and are also great at menu suggestions. Its a small location but big on flavor and I've never had a bad meal here. This last time I decided to try out their new crispy spicy chicken sandwich and was blown away with the flavor and freshness of the sandwich not to mention the size of it!! Highly recommend

Over an hour late for my to go order. The staff lied repeatedly that the food was going to be out in 10 minutes, 5 more minutes, 3 more minutes, they're boxing up the to go orders, still boxing them, etc. Everyone would have been better off if the staff was honest with the customers and said "our kitchen is very far behind and your food won't be out for at least another 45 minutes." Everyone understands having a rough night, but lying repeatedly to your customers isn't going to help the situation. They didn't even offer water or a soft drink to the half dozen or so people who were waiting patiently for their orders. What poor service. To top it off, not only was the food cold, it was also poorly cooked.

I’m all in agreement with being patient with wait times when dining out these days, but this place was really slow. They did not appear to be understaffed, and definitely were not very busy. The ice in my drink melted before our food arrived. It was at least 45 minutes, and I think I’m being generous. The server only checked in on us once, and the food was average at best. Plus….it’s pretty pricey for all that mediocrity.

Tourists were outside taking videos and the staff were visibly and verbally upset. They closed and locked the main street windows where we had wanted to sit on a sunny, warm Sunday afternoon to grab lunch. Their negative demeanor and attitudes to these tourists turned us off as no one else was complaining. Beautiful town tho and we found a place down the street much more welcoming who remembered the video tourists fondly.

First time dining out since I can remember, had a wonderful experience here. They took all of the necessary precautions, spacing, masks etc. Burger I ordered was perfection, came out nice and hot. Wonderful flavor combination, service was expedient/polite, great atmosphere, loved it! Will definitely be back to try some of their more adventurous creations!

We have been to Flipside Hudson before and had a great dine in experience. Last night we decided to try takeout (date night on the couch once the kiddos were in bed, lol). I did a quick once over to make sure everything was there and headed home. Once home and digging into our food we realized the toasted buns were actually burnt and the fries were all cold/broken fries. I understand we ordered later in the evening at 8:20 pm, but as a customer we should have had the same experience as those ordering earlier or dining in. Unfortunately our burger dinner was less than satisfying.

The food here is exceptional along with their drinks. The reason for not five stars is I just tried to go there this evening to eat and they’re not open. I had checked their hours before driving there and it said they were open. Apparently they’re only open Friday through Sunday now. Which I get because everyone is short staffed . I just wish they would update their hours on their website, because it was quite a drive to get there to have to turn around in disappointment . Other that I highly recommend flipside.
