I’ve been coming here for a long time service has always been great ! Typically very busy especially lately. Staff is always very nice & helpful. The male & female managers are my favorite and never complain about how I request my shakes to be made or about me wanting it in a personal cup I bring. Went in a few times recently, that card reader is so slow, the receipt printer doesn’t work sometimes and during the day there was only one girl there and had a long line so I had to wait longer than expected & there hasn’t been more than 2 people working even on weekend nights when the line is out of the door staff always remains friendly and works as fast as they can. Everyone that comes here regularly has had to notice that they are extremely short staffed compared to a couple months ago. The 2 managers have been definitely improving things over the summer and making the place run and look better they’re a great team. Hopefully when they get more staff and a new printer wait times will get better .

I never thought I'd be leaving a review at an Ice Cream Parlor yet here I am. This specific Coldstone is perpetually out of the most basic items, i.e. Strawberry Ice Cream. This is quite clearly an inventory management issue and it's suggestable that existing Management be reviewed for their almost comical disinterest.
