After years of hearing about this place, a friend and I finally stopped in. I got the much raved about vanilla bourbon ice cream and it was everything reviewer’s have said: real vanilla bean with a smooth finish. The bourbon flavor is light. I then got a medium hot chocolate and splurged on having whipped cream. It’s real whipped cream and although it was a fun add-on, it was heavy, so I mixed it in with the hot chocolate. Oh the hot chocolate was amazing! ❤️ It rivals one I had in Boston at a well-known cafe on Park Ave. My friend got the vegan peanut butter ice cream and sat quietly and ate and she’s a talker! We will definitely be back! 🥰

Wow what an awesome experience. The service was great the atmosphere interesting unlike most bland ice cream shops. I ordered a scoop of Vanilla Bourbon and a scoop of Baklava, with Jimmies for a hint of chocolate. The word “Creamy” is the perfect description of the texture. Next up, flavor…Nailed it. Real vanilla with a hint of bourbon not overwhelming would describe the Vanilla Bourbon. The Baklava had a hint of cinnamon and nuttiness. This is not your kids ice cream it is sophisticated and beautiful. To top off all this I had to try the Hot Chocolate, good thing I don’t live near this place lol REAL whipped cream on top and as I learned from the young lady in the heart shaped glasses serving me…”It’s made with our hot fudge” SOLD! I drove 13 miles off route to come here so glad I did.

Cute ice cream place! Ambiance is nice! We took the bourbon vanilla and the chocolate covered cherry and they tasted amazing! The baklava flavoured is also delicious! It’s nutty and has the perfect cinnamon flavour and seasonal! Bourbon vanilla was perfectly made! Slight taste of bourbon at the end and smooth texture! Slightly high priced but worth it :)

Great ice cream, but I can’t same the same about the staff - hence the two stars. My husband and I have been here multiple times, and this is the first time where our pint of cream wasn’t filled the way it should be. We mentioned this to the cashier and proved to her that the container wasn’t filled appropriately; she said to take the pint and that she would make another one for us. We waited about 10 minutes to see if she was done; to our surprise, the manager came over and asked us how our pint was. The manager gave us the impression that she didn’t want us to receive an extra pint to honor the mishap. Once received, we told the manager that we’ve been here multiple times and that this was the first time where we weren’t satisfied. She replied back and said that the staff was on their second day of work and that they aren’t meant to pack the ice cream in the pint container. The manager could have easily rectified the situation by apologizing and by handing us the extra pint without the extra commentary. Your goal is to make the situation right and to have repeat customers. Obviously, if this was our FIRST time being unsatisfied over the 50+ times that we’ve been here, handing out an extra container shouldn’t have been a big deal. Their continuous words and actions made it seem like they didn’t trust what we were saying - definitely not a reputation any business would want to have. If it was difficult for the staff to honor the extra pint, then don’t suggest that resolution in the first place; we wouldn’t have taken our first container and would have waited for a new one.

In my humble opinion this is the best ice cream. The only downfall is they don’t have near the amount of flavors that other ice cream places have. What they lack in quantity they make up for in quality. The flavors that they do have are next level. Even if you don’t want ice cream go for the old Tyme prohibition hidden bar. It’s a lot of fun.
