Burger King

I had a very bad experience tonight. They need to learn so much about good customer service. Especially Pedro, I believe he’s a shift leader or a manager, he gave me a huge attitude when I asked him why they charged me extra. He told me I have to ask for the deals and coupons otherwise they cannot help me with that. The issue is I did ask for it and still paid extra. The person who took my order couldn’t speak English very well but she’s the one who takes orders for some reason. They fixed my issue but they acted like I made a mistake or something. Horrible customer service.

I went to drivethru and order a meal for an elderly who is in bed as some times I do I eat burguer king one hour before and the lady that charge me on top of getting the item wrong did not wanted to sell me the senior drink as the person wasn't with me.I am doing a favor for someone in need and the Spanish lady with a pony tail dark hair was careless and rude.I gather go to the one in Marlborough as their orders are usually accurate and you pay for what you get.They made many mistakes on previous orders.Plus not even a napkin.Also requested an extra straw and she complaint and point with her finger that she already gave me one.She did give an extra one but was not happy about it.People like her should be at least on right contact with customers.

Got a Whooper ; not like the old days when it was hot and fresh. When I opened it up , burger and all fixings were not even in the bun straight ! I don’t believe they are even flame-broiled anymore . I would like a burger that is at least hot. I don’t like giving negative reviews but maybe Burger King should go back to basics!
