Fantastic little place with really nice staff. Very polite and friendly. The food is fresh, made to order and comes out quickly. Possibly one of the best bagels I tasted in. A long time.

I’m so torn. It’s definitely very different from the owner change. The new owner seems very sweet and the bakery side is great still. However the cafe isn’t great anymore and the staff isn’t very friendly on that side, and then when my food was ready someone from the kitchen confidently walked out to give my food to random people who just walked in…and girl at counter didn’t say anything. Weird. Also got home to find it is burnt. Hopefully this isn’t a reoccurring issue. Still want to love this place.

I very rarely write reviews, but the quality of the pastries was so poor I had to comment. The cupcakes had either been frozen/thawed, or were just old. The cake we got was also stale and the frosting was of the poorest quality. It wouldn't be so frustrating if they hadn't charged premium prices for it.

No menu or product board - not certain what you could purchase here as the display cases were bare. I left empty handed, so cannot rate a product, thus keeping some stars in my rating.

Great food, nice atmosphere. Cute, quiet little place to gather with 1-5 people. They now have a bakery, and I am super excited about that! Yum!

I traveled from out of state to visit family and celebrate my daughters first birthday. I was hesitant to order a cake over the phone since I wouldn't see it until it was delivered. Not only were the staff courteous and professional, but the cake was EXACTLY what I wanted. It was delivered right on time, it was gorgeous, well decorated and of course delicious! The raspberry jam filling is so good!! Thank you Benson's, for making my daughters first cake a success!
