Cinnabon Pancakes we’re absolutely amazing. We wanted to try the Apple pancake with ice cream however they were out of apples the waffle was still delicious. Our server made my daughter the most amazing chocolate milk. The place was clean staff was very friendly and the food was outstanding. The ability to have Baileys in my coffee with a small local place was a definite unexpected bonus!! We went late on a Saturday morning and got lucky it was slow when we got there by the time we left they were getting the lunch rush. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

Today I ate a traditional hamburger of our Brazilian culture called “X Tudo” it was perfectly delicious, I'm happy to have this delight in our region for Americans to try our hamburger without going to Brazil. Super, great taste, made from scratch, fresh vegetable, crispy fries, seriously you rock it. Ty Cookies & Cafe.

After trying 3 other bkfst places in Hudson area with no luck this morning, Shangri-la at Cookies Chuck Wagon!! Amazing prices,super friendly, lightning fast service by our waitress Barbara..Huge menu w great variety. I chose crepes that were just like my Memere used to make!! So light,airy and delicious> 3 for 6.99 w home fries..hubby had veggie omlet which was packed w garden fresh spinach,tomatoes,peppers,onions,mushrooms,..toast,home fries >9.99..Place was immaculate,and has a frequent drinker spot for your coffee mug..It was so quiet in there,as everyone,kids included,was stuffing their face w tender morsels of deliciousness!! You gotta try this hidden gem,which won BEST in 2019!! Will for sure be back!! Oh,super funny signs greet you,and awesome hand painted artworks by locals hangs on walls for purchase!!

Place is a hidden gem! My wife and I visited on a Thursday for a late breakfast, it was our first time visiting, we had a great experience! The food was absolutely perfect, everything on my plate was cooked perfectly. Our server was Barbara V. and she was amazing. We visited 2 days later and she remembered us! Highly recommend Cookies Cafe for a great breakfast, good service, and a comfortable atmosphere!
