Burger King

I am not the dude to complain at all but I was here yesterday and the kid was super rude to me. I added something to my order and he got mad at me. Throughout the transaction he was rolling his eyes and giving me a major attitude. I was just trying to get food for my family. Of course he wasn’t wearing a name tag (probably cause he knows he’s not doing his job right) but he appeared to be a brown haired, wanna be gangster teenager wearing a true religion hoodie. Without a doubt, after all the attitude I got, I checked my food to make sure everything was all good. My order was not even made correctly. I noticed in my car and when they saw me drive up to the drive-thru, they wouldn’t answer my drive thru call!!! The service here is pathetic. I wouldn’t reccommend if you’re looking for a positive family environment. Actually, I wouldn’t recommend at all! 😂

The staff here is not friendly and cooperative. I went to pickup my online order. The order was not ready when went to pickup. The employee inspite repeatedly asking didn't reply and was talking to other staff members. After requesting several times she printed out my order from the system and started getting done. And left in middle to to respond to her friend. When asked for the sauce she looked grimmed on me.

Was in the neighborhood for lunch time and saw no cars in the parking lot thinking sweet no wait. Those people knew stay away. Placed my order to the non English speaking attendant. Price on screen was double from what the menu said. Driving around the building to the window reveals all the lack of maintenance and poor judgment. Order was consistent on the menu price not the doubled screen shot. Pulled around and looked forward to a chicken sandwich and got stale bread(like rock). Will pass on this location from now on when in the area.

Staff was great. Restaurant was clean. Restroom had no paper towels or hand dryers. Food wise I don't want this location to be judged on my review of these new tacos.... it's not the employees fault.... BK you messed up big time. Should just not have incorporated them.to your menu. Shame on you BK for forcing your employees to work understaffed at every location. Shame on you for bringing these gross "tacos" to the menu.
