I had to go back inside for my $13 in change which they forgot to give me in the drive through. They also almost forgot my order entirely. While in the end the food was good. I do not recomend going here for food compared to other places.

Stopped by Memorial Day at noon for lunch and was told the person in the kitchen was taking a break and a truck came in so they had no idea when they would be able to serve any food! They were turning away all the customers who were trying to order food in the dining room and drive through. Serving ice cream only. Could not tell me when they would be able to serve us. We ended up driving to Sandusky to eat!

Literally the most lazy useless people I have ever encountered in my life. You wait at least 10mins for any product you can order on the menu. Let me reiterate the “CAN” because half of the menu isn’t available for purchase. Highly recommend going through a very long training course with every staff member that works there.

Ordered a chili dog and a double cheeseburger. To me, a chili dog is a hot dog with chili sauce, nothing else... But here it apparently includes cheese and onions. Cheeseburger was ice cold, microwave must not be working.

Frustrating to have drive thru only. I understand not having the dining room open, but it's a VERY long wait in the drive thru line. No good menu or prices to view online in that 20 minute wait. Perhaps open the counter to shorten the wait?

Normally don't write reviews but this needed to be mentioned. It has always been pretty bad even as a kid going to the Huron location but this time was the absolute worst time yet. Ordered a simple chicken strip basket. No one in front of me, no one inside ordering. I'm told the price and pull up to the window. I wait. I wait. I wait. Im keeping track at this point, 15 mins goes by and the teenagers inside were laughing, yelling and blasting music (being disrespectful as the kids that work at this location normally are). 2 of them actually saw me waiting there with my arm and credit card out of the window. I told my passenger that I'll give them another 5 mins. Another car then pulls up and now 20 mins goes by and I just end up leaving. Literally 20 minutes of waiting just to pay/ be greeted by someone at the window. Just drove to the Cedar Point location instead. Got my order within 2 mins and left.

Indoor dinning was closed, line of cars around the building but the staff did GREAT!! Also very kind and professional, hoping the boss sees this and recognizes them.for thier awesome work!!

Cleanness, Great st a ff, happy high schoolers. Very attentive and making sure every guest had there order processed and made fresh.
