Chicken Salad Chick

The chicken salad is delicious. I had the Bacon Chicken Ranch, on toasted white bread. The mac and cheese is bogus. The ladies behind the count swore that it was creamy, like Velveeta. What a blatant lie, to my face. The cheese sauce is gritty and not at all creamy. The potato soup is the same way. It was gritty also.

The food is good. DON'T order catering, however. We paid 20 dollars for delivery, they didn't call us, didn't answer calls, and we had to pick it up ourselves. They didn't have it ready and we had to remind them to provide plates, napkins, and they still forgot silverware. So again, the food is good. Their catering service is a joke, ans stressful for a maid of honor trying to throw a nice bridal shower.

If I could leave less than a star I would. I went through the drive-through at 7:30 when they closed at 8 and the drive-through told me they were closed so I had to go inside which is fine. But then the lady inside the restaurant made excuses that the kid running the drive-through has 45 seconds to respond when somebody approaches and he must have been on the phone. After I placed my order and it was packed being the only person in the restaurant they let it sit on the counter for about 3 minutes until they realized it was mine. Then to top it off when I got home the soups containers were only half full. Working in customer service is difficult, I get it, however it's important that you greet your customers with a smile no matter what kind of day you've had because it can reflect upon the restaurant itself. Overall it was a horrible experience and I doubt that I will be returning any time soon.

Visited the location via drive through. The speaker box initially started with a automated response stating they were closed, but was interrupted by an employee apologizing for the announcement. Apparently their system is broken and they can't turn the "closed for the day" announcement off. I ordered my wife's meal, a Fancy Nancy on a croissant. We received the order promptly and we're happy to see that they hadn't run out of cookies or pickles (this time). Took the meal home to my wife who enjoyed most of the meal before discovering mold on the croissant. Needless to say the meal was over, appetite crushed and very little chance of me returning to this location.
