Fresh piping hot french fries and polite service. Spicy chicken tenders and buttered rolls, like what's not to like? If I had to nitpick something, I didn't get any extra spice on the side and service was slower than expected but fresh fries are a great trade off. Will be visiting again!

The customer service treatment from the drive thru on 5/23 made my meal pleasant tonight. Since Covid, we have endured poor customer service at times from many restaurants struggling to stay open and tonight we go great service from a fast food chicken spot.
I just wanted to brag on the woman working the drive-thru tonight who once I had ordered repeated my order back to me before telling me pull forward. Before she handed me my order she repeated my order back to me and told me thank you.
The food was Golden Chick's best but it tasted even better since the drive thru person appreciated me and my family stopping by.
Kudos to her!

Very unprofessional employee called Lisa. I ordered some food and the lady said it will take 13 minutes I said it's fine. 45 minutes later, yes you read it right, and nothing was ready. I asked if I could cancel the order and she was upset for some reason and she's like I'm doing my best and shouldn't been working today. I said I just asked if I could cancel the order not complaining I have other stuff to do now and she's like me too I have another job after this one. I'm like WTH that's a very rude one!! .. I'm done NOT returning to this location!

I’d give more than five stars if I could! Idk how they have such a low rating because I’ve been going here a lot lately and have yet to have cold food or anything missing from my order. They used to be terrible but they’re amazing now. Used them through Uber Eats as well and it was just as great! Definitely would recommend.

Definitely not Texas portions. Fish are small and somewhat over done. Shrimp are small. Chicken was a little greasy. IMOP price is not worth it. This was my first time. So sorry. Not impressed

Hello Everyone,
Now I have been at this location before ,but I have never have my food so cold . Prices at this location has gone so hight. $10 for a four pieces tender with a drink. Restrooms needs attention no paper towels trash in the main lobby over flowing.

The lady working the drive thru at 515 pm on 4/2/22 was the worst. Worst experience ever there was a told a wait time on my order of 7 mins for my fish (which is told them I was ok with) waited 4.5 mins before any kind of acknowledge ment at the window in those mins nothing about my payment or anything then when I say something about it she laughs about it. No I'm sorry or anything like that so I asked for my card back and went to another location which was so much better that location will get a five star from me Donovan at the 2600 w rules Blvd location was amazing and I will continue to go to that location
