Subway

Great experience this time at the lunch hour. I hadn't gone for about 2 years because employees had been rude, like glaring angrily as you order, stuff like that. Ordering online was easy, fast, and convenient, and I didn't have to talk to anybody who doesn't like their job and their customers. The website sold me extra mozz for $1.50 then an employee phoned me immediately and apologized that it had been a limited time offer, which is not the employees' or the franchisee's fault, so they gave me the equivalent of my choice of cheese. The website also gave me $2 off that I wasn't expecting. My sandwich was carefully put together and was delicious and I thought overall the food and the service were top notch.

Great customer service here, always clean inside and the staff are really down to earth. Honestly one of the best subways i have gone to, workers are very open and like to chat while doing your food. they pack the subs very well with stuff unlike some locations. i like a lot of olives on my sub and they always pile it in wonderfully. Never had a problem here. They do app ordering too! Yeah they have to charge you extra for guac or extra cheese or meat, but thats just how subway has gone the last few years. Nothing the staff or this location can do about that.

Very frustrated with this location. Multiple visits here - same bs from the same person. This is the closest Subway location near my work and the man working there (he is usually there during the week every day at lunch) always takes forever to make a sandwich. Moves about as fast as a snail. Plus - today the flavored teas weren’t on and the response I got when inquiring about it was a huffy “I haven’t gotten to it yet”. I won’t be back to this location. I have a fast lunch and can’t afford to waste it on the slow dude that works here. I’m talking 10 minutes to make a sandwich. Every time. Avoid if you’re looking for a quick sub at lunch.

*DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION* I stood in line and watched a man in business attire making sandwiches .helping out his employee . I watched him use same gloves stop making sandwich reach sown into cabinet.pull out a box that left a dust cloud when he sat it on the table .restock paper then put it back . go straight to making the customer in front of my sandwich with same gloves .then he grabs meat that no one would in there right mind give it to anyone (end piece all fatty and discolored) then select the yellow end of tomatoes ) this man does not care about sanitary or quality .....i walked right out. I've heard stories from fellow employees about same subway same man

Back in HS (seems like a lifetime ago), I perfected "My Sandwich". It's just a BMT but its built differently. "My Sandwich" is about layers and time released flavors. When you take a bite, you experience the flavor of that bite. But then, you have to chew that bite... releasing a wave of other flavors. A sandwich IS an experience and should be treated as such. When was the last time you "Experienced" your sandwich? Take your time, enjoy it while it lasts. Honestly, this idea has large scale implications, but ain't nobody got time for that! LOL ;-)

My boyfriend and I are traveling on a long road trip. We saw Subway and had to use the restrooms so we figured no big deal. Well, apparently using the restrooms at this Subway is a HUGE no. CUSTOMERS only. WHAT?? I've seen restrooms marked 'employees' only but CUSTOMERS only?? We needed to PEE. And the woman running the counter singled me out for using the restroom in front of EVERYONE. With the rudest attitude I have ever witnessed. Also it is posted NO WHERE that the restrooms are for customers only. I highly advise anyone to think twice before giving this Subway your money.

I went to this location about a month ago. I asked for lettuce, pickles and olives on my sandwich and then decided I also wanted to add some cucumber. The "Sandwich Artist" sighed deeply, slid my sandwich 12 inches to his right, put the cucumber on and asked "do you want me to add anything else from this end?" Because sliding my sandwich back to add cucumber was such a chore. I decided to give them another shot tonight. The guy who made my sandwich could not have seemed more annoyed that I was there purchasing a sandwich from him. The bread was hard. The lettuce was brown and wilted. I was tempted to just walk out and leave my sandwich behind rather than pay for sub-par food and terrible service.
