Updated review 7/10/22 This is the first time I’ve been back in 2 years. Mathew did a very good job with our sandwiches and he was also very nice. He is solely the only reason I am updating my review. Good sandwich and it was made quick too! We got 2 Italian BMTs on Italian herbs and cheese and 1 6in turkey and cheese. The only issue we had was that the 6in was precut and it was definitely smaller than 6 inches. Counters were clean and so was the store. Overall I’m happy with my newest experience. Original review 2 years ago: Absolute garage subway. By far the worst one I’ve been to even worse than the one on Harwood by fitness 2000. Super disappointed with one of the workers. she was Hispanic, short, grumpy, and wasn’t nice at all. The other person who was working was super sweet and friendly. My boyfriend got a sandwich with meat and I got a veggie sandwich, the person helping us didn’t change out her gloves when she made my sandwich...which is super rude and not okay. You would think they’d be more understanding and not stupid when it’s between a meat free sub and a sub with meat. We asked for the subs to be warmed up and she did put the subs in the oven for about 5 seconds...the sandwiches were still cold and not toasted. So next came the veggies, I asked for extra cucumbers but instead got less than a layer and I asked for more and she was rude about it. I asked for a little bit of mayo and she didn’t even try to keep the veggies inside when closing the sub and all of the veggies spilled out of both my boyfriend’s and my sandwich. So when we are about to pay I scan my rewards card and she decided to pay for everything with my card on file and she didn’t even ask if that was okay when my boyfriend had already told her that he was going to pay. Then after she gave us the receipt she left the sandwiches back behind the register and left!! She didn’t even give us the sandwiches or put them in a bag.

Terrible Service, one guy working, 2 employees watching.3 total and I'm waiting for a sandwich.. Then they won't take my Subway Coupon, which they had taken 4 days ago. Lady was rude to me when I asked them to accept my Coupon, all she did was turn the screen to me and say, look, I said we don't take coupons. Wow, she is not someone I would have working for me. Feel sorry for the owners, that their staff representative is so bad. Does Subway have standards. I guess not. Definitely will go somewhere else.

I love subway especially when I can get coupons in the mail and order on the app. There are a few exceptions, I wish the sandwich makers would go back to wearing masks. I also wish customer service was able to be contacted on the phone. The website is of no help. I couldn't update my payment on the app so I couldn't place my order there. They couldn't take my order over the phone. And the local subway is always out of many of the items I want so I always have to drive across town to the other one. Did you know they have the option to tip the sandwich makers now on the keypad? Oh I also didn't get my points my order because I couldn't place it on the app and I forgot to try to put in the phone number or something when paying at the store.

The customer service is out of this world. I walked here from the mall with two other friends and it started raining and Josh was such a helpful kind man. He asked if we walked here and said we could stay here until the rain stopped. He was also really friendly with his coworker and other customers, Josh’s kindness seemed very genuine.
