Subway

The worker was super kind. However, the store was not functional. They did not have cheeses, certain meats, and almost zero vegetables. They were almost out of cups and lids. Almost everything we asked for, they were out of. My suggestion? Find another subway until they get a manager that knows how to place orders correctly for their store.

This is the worst subway I've ever been to. The majority of the time when I come by, they are closed during their open hours (I guess understaffed?) So I just go next door and get great pho. Ordered a steak and cheese and was given a chicken bacon ranch instead. Ordered two drinks but every drink was either out, or didn't taste right so I ended up getting water instead. Also very low selection of chips. Money wasted here. 0/10.

First of all. All Subways have ONE person working during the busy time. Why do they do that? They are always out everything during that time. The Subway I went to in Hurst, TX on Brown Trail was horrible. Not enough breads, not enough of any sandwich fixings,out spinach, I dont like iceberg lettuce out of ice, soda, tea no lids. If you get the meal and pay for it, it should all be there. One person working I dont think she had 8 arms plus to do everything for the busy time, Shame on subway to do that to an employee. She was very nice.

My husband made an online order when he got there thay where out of soda,cookies and steak. The girl did not know how to refund the money so we got 7 bags of chips. When we opened are sandwiches the Italian bread was under cooked. Im not blaming the young lady she just needs better training by management. We will never be back to this location.

I've been here about four times, and every time I came in, they were out of their famous "Fuze" tea. The employees are somewhat polite, but don't really care about their job. The actual food itself is mediocre. The lettuce and tomatoes, and just the veggies in general are not fresh at all, and the portions they put on your sub are miniscule. You ask for more and they put one more tiny slice on there. They were also out of the apple crisps which I get every time I go to any other Subway.

This location is horrible. The girl working doesn’t know what she’s doing and only puts half the meat and cheese on a wrap. I had to ask if it was right and she said oh I guess not. She then refused to give me my receipt which you need to go online and complain. The owner needs to work on training and not have one person that’s new for a lunch rush

This place is horrible!! Do not go there!! Horrible service, my husband and I basically paid for bread because the lady working only put half of what every other Subway puts on their bread... it was horrible!! Made a complaint to Subway which they submitted to the owner of the location, all I got from her was an email saying they were sorry... didn’t even make it right... Pathetic!!

This location is horrible. They are never open during their posted hours I have gone several different times in the morning and they are NEVER open on time been there as late as 9 and not open. Their staff clearly makes their own hours up. The franchise should shut this location down as they give subway a bad name and they don’t need more of that
