Lisa's Chicken

I ordered a 3 piece dark and they only gave me a 2 piece dark. Not acceptable especially since I paid for the 3 piece dark meal. They got the sides correct just shorted me the 3rd piece of chicken. And I drive out of my way to go to them to get dinner for myself. They are not in my area. They are 20 minutes away from my home. I could of stopped at 2 other chicken places that were on the way and gotten chicken from them but I preferred Lisa's over the others and then they rip me off on my food. I'll know for next time.

What you see is what you get. I usually specify that I want my food HOT because I've had a problem with that in the past, but they seem to do it right if you request consistency about the temperature of your foods. I sometimes wonder about the cleanliness of the place, but so far haven't ever been sick from eating there so they are probably cleaner in the kitchen than the dining area where customers come and go. I like the catfish and fried okra, particularly. Sometimes the slaw doesn't seem to be made on the same day it is served; other times, it is excellent.

My wife ordered 2 piece white with 2 sides and 2 piece dark with 2 sides. This was a drive through order. When she got to the window, the Asian male told her that the total was $29.41. When my wife questioned him, he had already swiped the bank card. He gave her $13.00 in change. I called and spoke to Chris the manager. Chris was rude and refused to accept my complaint as legitimate. We wont be going back to the Pipeline location. Employees need more training. The chicken wasn't good like it has been in the past. This location deserves a negative 100 The cash

Best chicken I've ever eaten I went there for lunch today got the five piece all five french fries corn and a large Coke for $9.94 plus two biscuits. I think the food is gotten better tasting actually I'm really impressed still the only thing that I'm alone concerned about is the price has gone up a little bit but really that's the only thing that's changed I mean still the same quality people really nice people great food so give Lisa's Chicken and a chance and let me tell you what I don't think you'll go anywhere else!
