Nice and friendly staff. I was told 15 minutes to prepare my order. I got it in 11 minutes which is nice but my fries were under cooked. The cost for an extra ranch is INSANE.

Every time I come to Wingstop today Monday I give them the benefit of the doubt (despite the rude workers, in the morning the cook and the cashier are rude and speak Spanish to each other badmouthing the customers her name is Yasmin a lot of time confusion waiting and ordering food) However, this particular morning I received probably the worst customer service from a cashier who I believe was named Yasmin. She had a snappy demeanor, she would roll her eyes and whenever someone bothered her, she would sigh deeply. There was even a point where I was waiting for my food to be ready (even though I had ordered it online and it should have been ready) and the cashier developed an attitude with this woman that they didn't speak English clearly and I didn't understand the instructions she she was giving. giving, the cook talking on her cell phone in the kitchen.

This place just does not listen when ordering.. they keep messin up the wings and comes out soggy. I asked for well done and I get raw wings.💀

Half my order was wrong and I was missing a couple items. Called about 15 times and no one would pick up. Hell even waited on hold for 45 minutes and still nothing. I love wingstop but this location is garbage. They are in desperate need of new management

I ordered for pickup. All of that was fine. Except the girl that gave my husband our order was rude, handed him the bag, didn’t say a word and turned around. Alright, guess you’re having a bad day. Get home and my order was wrong, too many plain and two less of lemon pepper. The kicker is the fact that the styrofoam containers they put them in were completely melted through. I’ve had a little pee size hole before but this is ridiculous. The entire bottom of one container had melted and a third of the top of the other. I literally could not even eat my wings because they tasted horribly of styrofoam and I’d rather not die that way. So now I’m out the money I spent AND I’m still hungry! I’ve not been impressed with the past few times we’ve ordered. Won’t be ordering from this location again, and pretty sure I’m done with Wingstop all together!

Would give less if I could. I ordered online and it was sent at 11:08pm August 2nd. It was supposed to be ready in 21 to 26 mins. I arrived early to get my boneless wings and opened it myself to check before I left. The bbq wings I ordered were PLAIN with bbq sauce placed on top. I asked JEFF (the MANAGER) to toss them. The girl who gave me my bag of un-tossed cold chicken (Ashley) watched from afar with wide guilty eyes. He told me that he couldn’t re-toss my wings, he would have to remake them because it was against policy. I looked at him with disbelief when his next question was, “Do you just want more sauce?” No JEFF I don’t. He then went INTO THE KITCHEN AND RE-TOSSED the wings. I was satisfied and left. Not living far, when I got home my wings were cold and I had a lot more than I ordered. (Clearly they prepared a batch of plain to just toss in whatever someone ordered and didn’t want to get a new bowl dirty). I called to ask for a refund. JEFF, the store manager answered and proceeded to say that it is AGAINST STORE POLICY to give REFUNDS! He said I was 10 mins late picking up my order that was ready at 11:30pm. That means I would have to had picked up my food at 11:40pm. I advised him that I have a receipt that says it was printed at 11:29pm. So by my math, I was early and my wings would not have been in a bag yet if they were done at 11:30. JEFF STILL REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY even after getting caught in a lie. I then asked if the store was corporate or a franchise. He said, “it’s a Coordinate Franchise.” Well it’s one of the other. He had no number just the District Mangers name, Jake. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this location again. Receipts Follow...

Been calling to place an order for the last 30 minutes no answer they just opened so they shouldn’t even be busy , I went earlier this week on my break was in there my whole break so I decided to call before my break so they can have my order ready , I literally been calling from my personal and work phone no answer

LAST MEAL OF 2020 RUINED! If you order delivery from a Wingstop beware because they handle it through a third party, in this case it was DoorDash. There was no way for me to track my order. When I called this particular store, they were not very helpful. I had to go pick up my own order.
When I got there, I tried to switch my order to pickup to avoid the delivery charge. The cashier said she couldn’t do it. She took my number and said that she would ask her manager and that they would call me.
I told them not to worry about it. I honestly felt like they wouldn’t call me back because I had already called a few times and they just put me on hold and got hung up on once when I tried to switch to pickup over the phone.
To be fair, it was raining hard outside but it had already been over an hour.
It will be a long time before I ever order delivery from a Wingstop again!
