Great American Cookies

Having walked up to the counter in place an order in the past and as expected had to wait a little while. No big deal. So this time I ordered online. Said it would be ready at 12:34pm 2 April 2022. Was not ready when I got there. Had to wait longer. Sat down next to the store and waited. Saw other people sit next to me get called and got there order and leave. I got up at 1:25pm and asked if they could just cancel it. The person said they had been calling me. I said will I've been sitting right there waiting and saw customers come go and saw them call up other customers for their order.

I have to admit I had pretty low expectations for this place since it’s in the mall but wow the cookies are delicious. I really like the “cookies & cream” flavor. It’s like crunchy and soft at the same time. They really know how to make good cookies here. And the staff is surprisingly friendly too. Overall pleasant experience.

Greatest and best place to get cookie cakes! They have the yummiest cookies and BEST SERVICE!! We’ve been buying from this location for over 15 years and feel bad for not leaving a review sooner! Amber made us a special birthday cookie and I have to say she made the day! Not only did she make a beautiful, customer, delicious cookie cake, she hand delivered it to our party and wished the birthday girl happy birthday.
