Tacos Los Tovares

Mm-mm-mm, If I only had more room in my stomach. Unfortunately I came here when I wasn't that hungry but I still had 3 tacos. It's hard to go wrong with tacos but these are the best I've had around this neighborhood. **On a side note for my fellow sensitive tongues the salsa was not at all spicy and it was soo good. Usually I don't even look at it because I dont take well to capcasin, shameful as it may be, but I was drowning my tacos with that green. I'll have to ask for some to go next time, and there will definitely be a next time.

Easily 5 stars. Not a 5 star restaurant but a 5 star value for sure. From the outside not much to draw your attention. I must have driven past it a hundred times. Inside I got hot tortilla chips, fresh salsa, and the best street tacos I've had outside Mexico. Warm corn tortillas, flavorful meats, diced white onion, cilantro, lime wedges and lots of each. It was pretty much a15yr. flashback to Mexico and it was great. It's not a fancy date night. It's date night with the girl that likes to get a bucket of beer and watch the game; the cool chick. If that's more your speed this is an awesome taco spot.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. It was recommended to my husband by a couple of friends. So we went for a late lunch. I had 2 tacos, one tripe & one pork. My husband had 3 different tacos. All were very tasty & they were only $1.85 for each taco. I also had an Horchata drink which was delicious. Overall we were very happy with our first visit & it's not too far from our home. So we will be back in the near future.

Great place with delicious street tacos that are a good value. Seems a little dumpy, but who cares if the food is good and well priced. Chill vibe, and the fella who runs it was kind to us even though we were noobs that had questions. I have been looking for good tacos around here for months! Finally. We'll be back.
