Red Robin

Went with my husband for Valentine's day. It wasn't a long wait and then we had a lot of different hamburger options on the menu. We ordered an onion tower and my husband got Smokin Pepper and I got Guac Bacon. All of it was really good. Nice environment too. You get to choose a side with your hamburger as well. I got a tortilla chicken soup and my husband got steak fries.

Well I've always been a fan of this chain however I was a bit let down by the fact that they dont offer a half order on the salads. They are very big and for a customer that is conscious of the things they consume forcing them to not only pay for food they wont eat but also throwing it away. But outside of that the experience was delightful. Much needed time out with the kids and lady!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would- I have never left a bad review before & never not given a 20% tip EVER! But our experience was just that bad. We never got assigned a server the entire time. We never got refills on our bottomless sides & drinks the entire time. My husband had to walk around the restaurant and ask other servers & even the host’s for sauces & other things we needed. We literally had to serve ourselves. My food (The Pub Mac & Cheese) came out cold with no flavor. The Caesar salad had no dressing & I could taste the dirt on the lettuce..I don’t know if they didn’t wash the lettuce before or what. No one even showed us how to pay or said goodnight. No one even knew we left. The only good thing was that my husband enjoyed his burger- the Royal Burger. Again I have never left a bad review in my life & I consider myself a very understanding person that gives businesses and employees the benefit of the doubt because I work in customer service myself & have worked in the food industry before. But this was just bad.

Red Robin is o e of the places we go to eat that very rarely, if ever, let's us down. Today we went and enjoyed appetizers. If you get anything today it has to be their onion rings! Dipped in batter and cooked so that the batter has that perfect crunch they still, somehow, manage to leave the onion slightly crunchy, yet cooked fully. No slimy onions like others I have had. Their nacho chips are cooked fresh when ordered and have a great flavor. Killer bottomless lemonades. Speaking of bottomless. Don't forget their bottomless fries!
