Buffalo Wild Wings

My daughter and I came in and we're greeted at the front and we told them it was just us two, they said it would be a 35-40 minute wait. I looked at the entire restaurant and they had half the bar full and like 5 tables being used out of 40. So we went out and waited the full 45 minutes to get seated. We them waited another 15 minutes before we even got a server to greet us. It then took another 50 minutes for our food to come out (there is literally 10 tables right now). Once the food was dropped off I asked for ranch, the next time I saw our server he brought the check. I have been a server for 15 years and I have never seen anything like this. I have never been treated like this. I would recommend asking the host/hostess, before you drop your name in the queue, how many servers they have on staff. I saw 5 servers standing on the stairs by the bar for a full 15 minutes as my daughter and I waited. Pick up the pace people! Serving is not that hard. Being prompt is not that hard.

They messed up our order the few times we've been there, but we enjoyed the meal regardless of that. The servers and staff are friendly and helpful. We had a good time. Always a great place to go; we love the mozerella sticks and salsa. The pizza flavored wings weren't as pizza-like as we'd hoped. Didn't get our bufallo wings. Still, the overall positive and attentive attitude of the staff (disregarding the mistakes made, probably in the kitchen), the great wings, and the overall experience made the trip very much worthwhile.

I ordered a pickup order at 12 for 445. They said it was ready so I went to go pick it up. They said it would take 5 min cause it’s almost done. 40 min pass and still no wings, then they say that there’s 6 more people in front of me. When I finally get my wings they are cold and have hardly any sauce. Poor service from this location. Will never come back. Management needs to be fixed and people need to do their actual job.

Customer service was awful! Our waitress hardly came to our table. Never came to our table to ask if we needed anything. Never re-filled our drinks. The one time she did come to our table we asked for our silverware and she kept forgetting. We ordered iced tea and it came without ice. I could understand if it was busy in there. It was 2:00 and there was only one other table in her section. We had to ask for ice 3 times!! The food wasn’t even that great and on top of that we found hair in our food! Some of our meals came with fries. She brought the fries out as appetizers 25 min before our food arrived because she said she didn’t want them to get cold....? Never came to ask if we needed our check we had to go find her. We asked her to clear our table and she took one tray then disappeared. Never asked if we needed to go containers. Completely awful service. Pretty sure that will be the last time me and my friends will ever go there.

The atmosphere at BDubz is one of its own. If you're going here you're not going for the food. You're going with your friends to watch the game and have some drinks. The food is just a plus. The wings and appetizers are great though and there is no complaints in the food section. The service is great and I was well attended to. Just don't come here if you're looking to sit down and talk with your date or family. It's loud and crazy and it's just not that kind of restaurant.

As is usual for this location, the food is great, but the service is the worst I've ever experienced. 2 hour wait for our table, and then the server (Mayra today) was incredibly rude and rushing us. She only came around twice the whole time we were there and she didn't listen to us, nor give us time to ask questions. Each time she came by, she came, dropped something off and left before we could even ask her for more napkins or anything. She didn't bring us items that we specifically asked her for and when we finally waved her over because we got tired of waiting as she was talking and hugging some friends near the front of the restaurant, she looked at us and held up a finger for us to wait. She also kissed a male customer at the table next to us, which seemed highly inappropriate. When she finally did come over, she said "please wait a moment more" and then left before we could ask her anything. Another 10 minutes passed and shen she finally showed up and barely listened to anything we said. Our food was another story. The sauce was very light, but that's not too bad. The food took an hour to get to us when half the restaurant was empty. A party of over 15 that got there after us got their orders 20 minutes before our party of 5 did, and even then, only half our party got it the other half had to wait 10 more minutes. Over all, we spent almost 4 hours there between waiting for the table and waiting on food. I've been here DOZENS of times, and I love the food here, which is why I keep coming, but i have NEVER had a good experience with the staff at this location. Every time is inevitable that the servers and house staff are ALWAYS rude, harsh, rushing you, forgetting your order or getting things wrong. This idaho falls location of buffalo wild wings CONSISTENTLY has the worst service i have ever experienced in done in eating. Overall summary: food is great, service is utter garbage.
