Papa Toms Pizza

Papa Toms pizza tastes very fresh. It has a nice crisp crust and a wide variety of toppings. I got the red baron pizza and was happily surprised how good sauerkaut is on pizza. The prices are reasonable for a pizza place around the $15 to $20 range. The only real draw back is that if you want a pizza to go you need to plan ahead. Expect around a 30 to 75 minute wait depending on how busy they are.

We order for take-out here quite often. Their pizza is good and we like it a lot. That said, they seem to have a REALLY hard time filling special orders correctly. We usually order one pizza or a half a pizza with ground beef and GREEN OLIVES, but they have the hardest time doing that correctly. Tonight it was ground beef and green PEPPERS. And there couldn’t have been more than 20 pieces of ground beef on the half of a 14” pizza. There were tons of peppers, though. The other half of the pizza was correct. Just wish you guys would take more care writing and reading order tickets. We like your pizza, but you rarely get it right.

The pizza is good but the place is very dirty. There were stains all over the chairs and we thankfully had some kids wipes with us to wipe down the tables. I got 2 plates with old food on them and a cup with leftover drink from a previous customer in it. Would have probably enjoyed the experience more if more cleaning has clearly been done, especially during this time where most businesses are doing extra cleaning to help provide comfort for their customers.

This place is going down hill quickly!! They are constantly late on the deliveries, when the "food" shows up its f@#$ing horrible. A quoted 40 minute delivery, took an hour and 10 minutes. I asked for the wings and pizza to be well done. OMFG, what a joke!! There is nothing worse than soggy wings and pizza! Papa Tom's has always been a lifelong favorite!!! Not anymore!!
